Its been YEARS since my last visit. I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing service our large party received. We were seated all together, and the waitress did a great job keeping our orders/tickets straight. The food was really good, too!

We haven’t been here in quite some time. Certainly not because of the food … it’s great … it’s that if you don’t get here by about 5:00 p.m., the place gets jam packed. I guess that shows I’m just not a fan of waiting in lines to eat.
Anyway, my wife and I had the Fish and Chips dinner and, I have to say, it’s some of the best fish ever. Wow, that was a tasty meal! They have all sorts of different things to choose from and they make sure they take care of kids as well. Many people mistakenly think this is a hamburger place. Oh no … they have them, but lots of other things as well. You can even get beer and mixed drinks as well.
The service is good, the atmosphere is sort of trendy (big screen TV, etc.) and a good place to take the family.
Just remember, it IS popular, so after 5:00 p.m. can be kind of dicey

Went in on a Saturday night it was busy but not overly crowded which was nice. Seating was quick and food came out hot and cooked to order. They changed a few menu items recently like the garlic fries and it’s definitely for the better. Will return to this location in the future.

Did a call-ahead/reservation a week in advance for a large party (18) at 6pm. Arrived just before 6pm and was told “10 more minutes” for our tables. The hostess, a young dark haired girl with glasses that wouldn’t give her name, was rude and condescending to me and my family. The manager at least tried to explain the situation. I’m extremely disappointed by the treatment we received for our group.

We had delicious food in a warm & cozy atmosphere (it was freezing outside) and spectacular service from Nic while sitting at the bar. Nic helped us to have an enjoyable evening with his friendly personality and spectacular service. We look forward to coming back next week.

My family and I have been in 2 times in the last 2 weeks for lunch. The first time we had Jennifer as our server! She was absolutely amazing! She was very personable, professional, attentive and we just had a great visit. She told us she works Monday through Friday and invited us back to see her, and we did exactly that! We came in the following week and she remembered us, even remembered that i like to drink half diet and half regular!! I hope you are aware of the fabulous asset you have working for you! She is probably one of the best servers I’ve had in a really long time. We will continue to come back as long as Jennifer is there. She deserves a raise!

The service was outstanding as well as the food. I got a avo Cobb salad -croutons and was pleasantly surprised that I ACTUALLY got a whole avocado instead of slivers as was expected.
My friend ordered an adult freckled lemonade along with a BBQ bacon cheeseburger and a half stack(shorty) of onion rings. We both agreed that our choices were excellent and well worth the price. My only issue was that the onion rings fs were fried too hard. Scrubbed the roof of my mouth, but the gigantic Mudd pie fixed that real quick. It was so big that between us both we still had some left over, we couldn’t finish it and because it was ice cream we couldn’t take it with us. But I don’t regret anything about my visit to this RED Robin Location
