Sweeping the areas where people are eating. It’s carpet and flinging stuff up. .
I ordered onion rings with my meal for almost 4 extra dollars and got 3 tiny onion rings and three small pieces then the knife that was in my sandwich had water in the handle. It leaked all over me and the burger. It was really nasty. And then charged 3 dollars because kid is allergic to sesame seeds. So I had to get the gluten-free bun for their substitution.
It was just a really bad experience at this place I’ll never come back

Our servers’ name is Eli and he was GREAT. Perfect timing, he got my ranch after I asked within 2 minutes. He got our food (2 burgers) within FIVE MINUTES. That’s the fastest we’ve ever gotten our meal EVER. Super polite, super fast, super efficient!!! 100/10 best waiter we’ve ever had. Also had a Magnemite tattoo so thats an automatic thumbs up from me!!
Although, we both did see a worker come in wearing a sweater who’d touch her hair -not in a hair net but in a long ponytail- then touch food so that slightly lowers my ‘score’; I’ve had to deal with hair in my food before and it’s nasty.

Our dining experience at Red Robin in Troy left much to be desired, especially in terms of food quality.
FOOD QUALITY : We ordered the Keep It Simple Chicken Sandwich, Caesar Wrap, Ragin’ Chicken Sandwich, O-Ring Shorty, and French Fries. Unfortunately, the food quality was below expectations. The French fries were particularly disappointing—far off the mark, lacking flavor, and not fresh. The O-Ring Shorty had a nice decorative presentation but consisted of only 5-6 small onion rings, which seemed overpriced at $8.99 per serving. The sandwiches were another letdown; they weren’t properly prepared, with ingredients coming separate, leaving the customer to mix and assemble the sandwiches themselves. This was a confusing and unsatisfactory experience. The wrap, however, was decent but didn’t make up for the overall poor food quality.
SERVICE & HOSPITALITY : Despite the issues with the food, our server, Debra, was friendly and attentive, ensuring we were taken care of during our meal.
AMBIENCE & SETTING : Red Robin provides a casual and family-friendly atmosphere, making it a comfortable place for a laid-back meal. However, the presentation and quality of the food didn’t quite match the setting.
VALUE for MONEY : With a total of $61.22 (including tax), the pricing felt steep, especially considering the subpar food quality and portion sizes. Charging $8.99 for a few onion rings or serving underwhelming fries does not reflect good value for money.
LOCATION & ACCESSIBILITY : Located on Corporate Dr. in Troy, the restaurant is easily accessible, making it a convenient spot for families and groups.

Went to red Robin and had the nine dollar meal after 9 PM. Very good value french fries came out twice cold. Got the haystack hamburger, which was very very good. Overall, very good value.

Amazing place! Great atmosphere, excellent service, super friendly staff. Our server, who unfortunately I don’t recall her name, offered us more fries free of charge. Large menu. Fresh ingredients. I love their free balloons for kids. Outstanding Overall.

I haven’t been to a red robin before, yesterday was my first time. When the fried pickles came out they were so greasy i couldnt eat them due to a stomach issue, one of the people at my table ended up getting cold fondue, but when asked our waitress took it back and brought out a fresher hot one. On the salad i wasn’t expecting the cheese to be like the one out of bottle but nevertheless it was still a good salad just couldnt grab any cheese with the fork. The food is definitely hit or miss at this location but the staff was great, our waitress gave us no issues and was helpful the whole time

Great burgers and awesome service (either Debra or Rebecca). This location is always clean and food comes to the table fresh and hot. Generous with toppings too. We come in every few weeks and they are very accommodating with us bringing in our future leader dog (he sits quietly under the table – no one knows he’s there). Thanks!!

We had a great meal tonight – the $10 burger, beverage and fries offer (through 7/31). Our waitress was very pleasant and the food was extremely fresh (perfectly cooked burgers and hot fries). We had the whiskey river, banzai, and gourmet cheese burger. This location is our favorite – it’s very clean and the waitstaff is very good. Thanks!

Red Robin never disappoints. Consistency between locations is excellent. Service is always on point. Food is excellent for the price.
The Pig Out Tavern is a great hamburger. The Haystack Tavern hamburger is my favorite. The coffee is good. Fries with mayo here, are tasty.

We got there just before closing. Our waitress was really nice and very attentive. Our burgers were cooked the way we wanted and were very juicy. And you can’t go wrong with the Speckled Strawberry Lemonade, yum!
