My little Brother saw an add about their special double cheese burger, bottomless fries and drink for $9.99.
so we met up at 11 am on Wednesday, Sept. 17. Restaurant was clean, and there was one waitress at that time. She did a fine job of keeping us loaded with drinks, and steak fries refills, as you only get a few fries at a time.
I asked her if they do Grilled Onions, and she said yes. So I got my double with pickles and grilled onions.
The fries are excellent, and the double cheeseburger is ok. Nothing wrong with it, but when you try burgers at just about every restaurant around, you find your favorites.
So, when the bill arrived, the waitress did not say anything about grilled onions would be an extra charge. Odd, I gave up the tomato, lettuce, and what ever else for grilled onions, and they still charge an extra 99 cents.
Well, if the cook had actually put some grilled onions on my burger, it would not be so bad. You look at the pic, and would u be upset if you only got 4 pieces of an onion???
Geez, the cook acts as if he, or she, has to actually pay for the onions!!!
I have attached a pic of the burger I made, as i really needed a Real burger after this somewhat disappointment.
You judge, and am i wrong about the 4 onion bits? Would you prefer me to be your chef??
If I was the manager, or even a corporate employee, I would be embarrassed to have sent this burger out with 4 onion bits for 99 cents.
As you can tell with my huge burger, I like grilled onions, and I even had Jalapeños to spice things up…

I had the gourmet cheeseburger & my husband had the bacon cheeseburger. Both were delicious. Cooked perfectly & the steak fries were great as well. Our server Sloane was amazing, she was friendly, helpful with our order & made the experience even better. She recommended the honey mustard poppyseed sauce & it was superb. We will definitely be back again.

When we got there seemed nice. Server was wonderful and was very informative of our questions. Neither my son or myself has ever been to a red Robin and wanted to try it out. Our food was served promptly and looked good however the fries were cold and the burger had no flavor. Had to use ketchup to give flavor to the fries and burger. The only reason we stayed was because we were hungry. Spent 50 dollars on 2 burgers fries and a drink for 2 people. The atmosphere was fine. Had sports shows playing on the TV.

We came here for lunch, and we surprised by the great lunch deal that included a Tavern Double burger, bottomless fries, and a soft drink. Service was fantastic, our meals were at our table very quickly, served at the right temperature, and very delicious. Well done Red Robin!

Hoorible. We got sat and waited 10 minutes no greeting. No drinks. All servers and managers staring at us but not a single one helping us. They were not busy at all and we had to eventually leave because of how ridiculous and unprofessional that was.

We had some of slowest service tonight that I’ve ever had at a Red Robin restaurant. There looked to be a minimal crowd when we got there around 7:55 this evening. Our group of four was seated and it took almost 45 minutes for our food to arrive and then at best it was luke warm and the fries tasted old. I believe it was ready in the kitchen and our server didn’t pick it up in time. I ordered the Whiskey BBQ Chicken sandwich and they brought me a burger instead. I really didn’t want to let my server know because of the time it originally took to get our food. I went ahead and let our server about the error and she got it fixed for me. They remade the original food order to what I initially ordered and once they brought it out it was plate was very hot. I’m sure this is not a normal occourance but it’s was very disappointing that the food was below par and the service was not what we’re use to seeing.

5/5 stars! Our visit to Red Robin was absolutely fantastic! The restaurant was spotless and pleasantly quiet, making for a relaxed dining experience.
Our waitress was attentive, friendly, and checked in on us frequently. But the real star of the show was the food – oh, the glorious food! I ordered the BBQ ribs with slaw and fries, and every component was mouthwateringly delicious. The cole-slaw was creamy and crunchy, the ribs were hot, fresh, and fell-off-the-bone tender, and the fries were cooked to a golden, crispy perfection. And don’t even get me started on the milkshakes – rich, creamy, and utterly divine! We left with full bellies and huge smiles on our faces.
Can’t wait to return and bring the whole family next time! Red Robin, you’ve earned a loyal customer

My husband and I were traveling through Evansville with our children over the weekend and we decided to stop in and grab a bite to eat. We were placed at a booth and quickly greeting by our server, Alisha. She did a fantastic job of taking care of us and making sure our first trip to Red Robin will not be our last! I was honestly surprised how good the service was considering she was extremely busy. It appeared she had 5-6 tables and was also making shakes for the other servers. That girl didn’t stop moving the whole hour we were there! Im not sure who the manager is there, but they should be very happy with the staff they have! Our burgers were amazing as well. 10/10 visit and we would gladly return. Thank you, Alisha, for working so hard and giving A+ service. You are appreciated.

The food was good. I ordered a meal for $9.99 hamburger, fries, and a drink. They were really good. I tried zucchini fries as an appetizer. These were so yummy. My husband, who doesn’t eat veggies very well actually liked them. The service was a bit slow but our waitress was very nice. It has been several years since our last visit. I would go back again.
