Don’t order take out from here. They make you wait forever and don’t give any customizations and extras you paid for. I got up charged for extra sauces and different fries only to get their standard items and no extra sauces.

Overall a pretty terrible experience. Not sure how this place is still open. It used to be pretty good, a favorite spot. It has been terrible for a long time now. Our server was fine, clearly overworked due to being short staffed so she was just busy and can’t fault her for that. You’d think being half empty the food would come out fast, but it took forever. Then once we got it, it was terrible. Burger was very thin and very burnt. Croissant was stale and hard as a rock. And prices of everything? Ridiculous. Walk over to Ford’s Garage for a cheaper or comparably priced meal that is significantly better. Don’t waste your time or money at this place.

The last time I ate at this location was about a year ago. All was good. Yesterday, that was most certainly not the case at 3:20 pm. Yes, it was Black Friday, so we expected a wait. However, to our surprise, we were able to walk up to the kiosk with only one other pair in front of us. The pair was quickly seated. The hostess then got ready to seat us. She took a bit of time to find a table from her iPad, and she looked at it with confusion on her face. She mumbled to us, “I’ll have to go clean a table.” Strange as there were plenty of empties. After her second round of running dirty dishes by us, approximately 8 minutes of standing there, I pointed out all of the empty seats. She replied, “Oh, I have to go in order, and then pointed out that the other section was closed; although, people were sitting in that section too.” I told her I was confused by her answer and asked her to get the manager. She proceeded to clean, then asked some people who came in behind us how many. She did not stop and wash her hands before picking up their tableware. Gross. The manager was polite, and he set us at an empty table in the section that apparently wasn’t “closed.” Now, the pair in front of me had been waited on and their drinks were already to their table. We sat. We sat. We sat more, and watched a table nearby get serviced even though they were seated (at the table that hostess cleaned). After another 20 minutes, I decide nearly 30 minutes of my time was wasted, so off to Canes Chicken I went to fulfill my fry craving. I will mention that the first group that came in behind me also left. Only they were smart enough to do it after waiting behind us at the hostess stand for 5 minutes. This location is currently garbage. They’ve lost my business for life. Plenty of competition with well trained, clean staff.

I haven’t been to this Red Robin location in many years due to past experiences with bad service. I decided to give it another try, and this visit was definitely an improvement. The burger was really good and cooked just right. Service was slightly better than before, though there’s still a little room for improvement. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised and glad I came back.

Really disappointed! We decided to go to Red Robin to celebrate my daughter’s awesome dance performance. I haven’t been to Red Robin since I was pregnant with my son. So about 13 years ago. We were really excited to eat there, but unfortunately the food and the experience was not the best. My hamburger came out with a clump of mayo you could see that in the picture. Our fries were not fresh at all. They were extremely cold. Also, they barely gave us any fries which was a total bummer. We ordered the garlic fries there was just a clump of garlic on one side of the fries. My poor daughter only got four fries with her food. My husband had to take off all the toppings of his food because it was drenched with mayo. When it came to my burger I had no toppings at all. The only food that was good were the pretzel bites and my son ordered wings. The atmosphere was really bad. You can see the manager completely stressed out. One of the cooks in the back was patting himself with a towel noticed he didn’t wash his hands afterwards. Our poor waiter was stressed out everyone was sending their food back to the kitchen. We let him know that it wasn’t on him. It was the cook in the kitchen. You can see the manager going back and fourth just really frustrated . I feel that if they got a different cook a more experienced Cooks in the back. Maybe this restaurant will succeed. But our waiter was definitely not the problem.

Alyssa was awesome! Great service and a fun personality! Never made us feel like we were a bother and we are a super needy group! Will definitely ask for her next time we dine here!

Very disappointed with Red Robin! The past few times I had been there, the food wasn’t prepared very good. I also used to enjoy the birthday burger, but they keep adding to the list of things you have to do to get it. You now have to make a separate trip, with an additional order, as well as buy something else when you’re there for your birthday. Not worth it! Especially when you don’t live close.

Came in tonight and the restaurant was mostly empty when we arrived, about an hour and a half before closing. We only saw two other tables with guests in the restaurant. We were sat on the bar side and when we got to the table, we saw food crumbs all over the booth seats and lots of crumbs on the table and pieces of food stuck to the table. The host dropped our menus and walked away so we started wiping the seats with our hands and the table with napkins and when the server came over, he asked how we were (we were still standing, wiping the table) and we said we were okay, but that the table was just pretty dirty and that we maybe got sat at a dirty table. He just said, ” No, we just cleaned that table. What can I get you to drink?” As a former server, hostess, and just a patron of restaurants, I know it’s pretty basic customer service that when your guests say their table is dirty (even if it’s not, but especially if it is) you say, ” let me grab a towel and wipe that down for you.” Instead, we finished up wiping stuck on food with our napkins while he got our drinks.
We ordered our food and then another table came in and were sat near us. Our same server walked them to a table that still had some trash on it and as he laid their menus down, he picked up the trash. So then it clicked that by ” we just cleaned that table” he must have meant they just picked the trash up off our table before seating us, but definitely no sanitizing of any tables was going on in that place tonight.
We were bummed that the garlic fries that were once fries tossed lightly in parmesan garlic are now just fries with a pile of wet garlic blob in the middle of a few fries, but that might be a chain wide change, not just this location.
Can’t imagine a reason we’d come back to this location. The burgers were fine – nothing wrong with them but nothing special, but the lack of cleanliness and disregard for customer care are non-negotiables.

We have celiac disease and stopped by today. While the kid taking our order was nice, somewhere our request for gluten free buns got lost in translation in the back. After a few bites I started having stomach pain I asked if it was indeed gluten free and he said oh I’m sorry do you have an allergy? I said yes that’s why I asked for gluten fee. He said “are you going to be ok? Sorry people usually tell me it’s an allergy and I write it down.” As if to put the blame on me. There was only one other couple in the restaurant so it’s not like he was too busy to remember. We have an 8 hr drive ahead of in pain. Red Robin train your staff to ask if it’s an allergy if that’s what it takes.

First time trying Red Robin. Two managers came out to welcome us for trying Red Robin for the first time and brought us complementary fries with dip. The service was great along with the food. I got the southern charmer and my husband got the Red Robin. We both enjoyed our entrees. For an appetizer we purchased the pretzel bites with beer cheese. Absolutely delicious.

We will definitely be eating there again.
