Happy hour 3-6 great prices. Food is hot and fresh. The server was polite and knowledgeable about the menu. Few items are out of stock. Burgers are different quality, upgraded flavor, oversized on bun. The toppings were fresh and plentiful. Pretzel bites, soft hot and lightly salted.

We went their specifically for happy hour which earned us $3 off each appetizer. The apps did not disappoint. We also had 2 tavern burgers. The burgers were good. Our server Taylor was cordial and attentive.

Although the wait was about 40 minutes that was nothing compared to the surrounding restaurants that quoted 2-3 hours. They were understaffed but rocked like absolute champions! The wait for the food wasn’t bad considering all the headless chickens (not literally, but restaurants get chaotic when servers are stretched thin) The spinach dip and pineapple wings were fantastic and the Royal Burger was such a delightful mess!! Yummy. Oscar took excellent care of us and he was a very efficient headless chicken, server, busser, host. I know I sound sarcastic but I was a server for years and this was legitimately a great experience from a very hard working staff. Times are hard for food service workers and this group of employees is keeping it running great. Anybody who gives a poor review is impatient, selfish and not understanding. Don’t listen to them.

⛔Absolutely horrible experience. Visited with my family for late lunch/early dinner this past Sunday. The service was sad to say the least. Our server constantly had to be asked repeatedly for things that he forgot. We would be in the middle of telling him what we needed, and he would be trying to hurry away to go get it without letting us finish my sentence much less apologizing. Every single one of our meals came out missing items and at room temperature. We had to get up from the table multiple times to find someone to help. We watched one table leave after being sat for 20 minutes without any acknowledgement. We watched another table sit there holding a $20 bill in the air waiting to pay for about half an hour. The manager came by at the very end, when my brother demanded a visit after finding that the spoon and his root beer float was covered in artichoke dip While she tried to make up for it giving us a nice discount, I would severely caution you against visiting this location until they get their act together.

Went to the Kenwood location to grab burgers for my child and I, but we received trash instead!!! My daughter burger was supposed to be plain, however it had a trace of cheese and a dash of HAIR…
And my Banzai burger looked really disgusting!!! It was broken into a few pieces and appeared to be overcooked. I am totally disgusted with that place!!!!!! Wish I could give a score of negative stars. –⭐

This is located in Kenwood Mall. Cleaner than the one in Milford. Our waiter was supernice and very helpful. The sides are bottomless and kids drinks are free. Fine dining burger place that is inexpensive.

Bad experience ordered fish and onion rings. Fish was dark over cooked made my sick. Whom ever cooked this should be a shame of themselves. Never again a waste of $18.
