We had an amazing time Friday November 28, 2025. We had 10 in our party and we were celebrating a birthday. From the moment we walked in to the time we left everything was perfect. Since we couldn’t make reservations we figured we would have quite a wait. But I was wrong. We were seated within 10-12 minutes. And then our awesome server arrived with a smile and lots of energy. Valerie took our drink orders and appetizers, served them, took our dinner orders. Was very attentive while we waited for our meals. She immediately took care of all our special requests, engaged in joyful conversation, gave special attention to our young grandson and served all our meals in remarkable time. (I must applaud the kitchen staff here because it was a very busy night and each of our meals were perfectly prepared! Thanks to each of you!) And Valerie, we appreciate so much your excellent service and attention to all of us. You made our evening extra special!

This is a real burger restaurant! Burgers are a bit high priced, but worth it! The unlimited sides of fries are amazing. We had great service and all our food came out at once and was hot. We never had to ask for any refills in fries, they came by with more regularly.

This location was rather busy. We had a 50 minute wait, but it was a Saturday evening. Our server was super friendly and very informative but wasn’t too prompt with drink refills. The food was great. I had the Avo-Cobb-O salad and absolutely loved it. The portion was large and there were plenty of the ingredients to mix throughout the salad. My husband ordered the Pretzel bacon beer-cheese burger. He is picky about his burgers but said this one was good, with the exception of the beer cheese.. He didn’t care for that on the burger. The onion rings are always a must order when you visit a Red Robin location.

This has been my favorite restaurant even since I was a kid, and it’s great to see that it’s been a consistently amazing experience every time I go.
I had lunch there earlier this week and had an amazing meal with my wife. The food was perfect, the service from both our waitress and the manager was above and beyond, and our wait time for our food couldn’t have been more than 10 minutes.
Just an all around great experience, and to top it off the check was barely over $20 which is mind-blowing. They’re doing a great job over there and should be proud.

Stopped in around 8pm on a Saturday for the first time in probably 5 yrs. Was seated in the bar area in a booth. Overhead lighting is a little bright depending on where you’re at in the booth. Ordered a half and half sweet tea. Pretty sure they don’t brew their own tea because it tasted like something I’ve bought from the store before but it was fine. Our server was the only one in the bar area and he was slow. I ordered the KEEP IT SIMPLE burger and bottomless fries. My husband ordered the whisky river BBQ chicken sandwich. He really loved his, tasted the same as it always did however it was half the size it used to be and it was $16 and change. Mine was PITIFUL and almost $15. Red Robin no longer uses fresh beef to make their hamburger patties. They’re using frozen burgers that have zero flavor. Whatever the pic shows on the menu is a complete oversell of what you actually get. These are by no means gourmet burgers when the patties are flavorless hunks of garbage. They have other food that’s most likely better and it’s all centered around chicken but if you remember red Robin from years back, this was the biggest disappointment ever. The only saving grace was the bottomless steak fries were good but we waited forever for the waiter to come back and ask if we needed anything else. I will not be going back. You can get a better burger at Wendy’s right next door.

Received the wrong fries. Dirty tables everywhere. Way too much garlic and no cheese on my broccoli. There was an employee who was super sweet who had glasses and rainbow burger shirt on, and our server was nice too.

I don’t often leave a review in general, but when servers are above and beyond exceptional? And the food is, too? Absolutely worth commenting on. Our server Ava was just wonderful, as was our hostess Mary. Definitely would recommend!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I think I’ve had. Salt, pepper, and ketchup containers were sticky. Only got like 7 total steak fries with my $20 burger, which tasted fine, but was severely overpriced. Never got checked on by the waiter, so we never got drink refills and left thirsty. But that was fine anyway because the cokes tasted like off-brand, dollar-store soda. I would bet money it’s not Coca-Cola. Paid a $55 bill for two people — so 2 burgers, 2 orders of fries, 2 cokes, and an order of pretzel bites. That’s insane. The pretzel bites were good but not that good. Really disappointing birthday dinner.

Delicious Burger… we share a half order of the onion rings as appetizer and it comes with a tasty sauce.. the bottomless fries are delicious with a side of their “Roasted Garlic Aioli” trust me!
The burgers are great and put together for excellent flavor pairing.
