The Wairhouse
Going out to eat is an experience. It is supposed to be, at its core, pleasant and somewhat memorable. Drinks are supposed to get refilled, conversations should be able to flow, and connections are garnered at the table! That was the complete opposite of what my entire adult family experienced at this Red Robin. We ordered our food, waited, waited, waited some more, and then finally our food came out. It was Room Temperature! How does my food, which I’ve been waiting so long for, come out ROOM TEMP? Then the accouterments! I asked for extra pickles, a couple campfire sauces, and some ranch. Oh, and not to mention, we ordered a short stack of onion rings! Did they come? Right when we were done with all of our food! The fries were cold and the service/servers were beyond negligent. After asking three different waiters for my complete order, you would think the proverbial light bulb wouldve turned on. Nonetheless, we recieved the onion rings and my wife could literally palm them from how cold they were. And they still made us pay! We recieved an apology, but the service was utterly horrible and unacceptable! The time for us to leave couldnt have come faster but as we needed boxes, we had to track down multiple different servers, AGAIN! IT WILL BE A VERYBLONG TIME BEFORE I RETURN TO A RED ROBIN WHEN I CAN MAKE BETTER FOOD AT HOME!

I’ve never had a worse waitress ever. The food was great, nice peppery cheese and thick cut steak fries. (Even though I asked for Sweet Potato) fries and definitely enjoyed having the entire spread for only $5 due to the Red Robin Rewards. If I would’ve paid full price for this experience I would’ve been highly upset. Other than that, I had to ask for napkins, I had to ask for more tea then was brought a to-go cup with a dome lid. Just ridiculous stuff.

I love this place! I eat a low-carb diet, and I get the double cheeseburger without the bun. The waiters are always nice here. I love the option for endless fries; the seasoning they use is so delicious. I even bought some! I go here almost every weekend. Last time I was there, I had their onion rings with this special sauce I had never tried, and it was VERY GOOD. I’ll add the photo; the onion rings are massive.

This was my first experience at any Red Robin. I was very well pleased most especially by the service. My waitress, Katelyn, at the West Chester, Ohio location, was superb in every way. She was attentive, without being annoying or overly intrusive. The food quality was quite good and my meal included never ending sides. Having the manager to personally check it on us was a classy touch. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Worst experience ever!! We had 6 in our party. We were seated right away (the place was pretty empty). We did not see a waiter for 25 minutes. Well we saw our waiter but even when we tried to flag him down, he didn’t come over. Finally he stops by and asks if we want free fries. He didn’t bring us water or anything. He started to walk away and we told him we wanted to put our drink order in. He told us we had to wait until he put the fries order in. Another 10 minutes goes by and we had to flag him down. Finally got our first round of drinks 35 minutes after being seated. There were a few customers at tables around us that left because they were not waited on for so long. For our second round of drinks, and to get our food ordered, we had to once again flag our server down. He took our order and disappeared. 15 minutes later, we ended up going to the bar ourselves and sure enough our drinks had been sitting on the bar counter getting warm. No bartender there, no server to be seen. Surprisingly our food came out fairly quick as compared to the debacle during our first hour just trying to get drinks. We will never step foot in this restaurant again!

My mom, sister and I arrived an hour too early for our dinner party. As we decided to wait that hour, the manager went above and beyond to seat us any way and complemented us with drinks and fries. This act of generosity made our day. My sister and I are vegetarians so we tried the veggie burger and it was delicious. The service was phenomenal and the atmosphere was very nice and not chaotic which enhanced our experience. Great job to the team.

Very sweet waitress we went at about 530 and got sat right away which was lovely and we got the pretzels with beer cheese as an appetizer, cooked to perfection I highly recommend! Then I got the tavern burger which is smaller and filled me up with out wasting food and he got the mushroom swiss burger that was extremely messy in all the right ways. Delicious food for a great price and everything came quick and hot. We were able to take a walk around the area and still make it to our movie. Perfect date night dinner place

The food and service was good. The space you have in the booth seating is very tight. I am not a big person and the space you have between the back of the seats and the table is very uncomfortable. We came in with a group of four and were told to wait by one host, while another group of four came in behind us and the second host seated them without a wait. This might sound a bit petty, the host incident may have been an honest mistake, but the booth size is definitely something you want to pay attention to when dining in.

I’m used to getting bigger burgers when I pay this much.
Ice cream maker was down and couldn’t get a shake so it’s pretty much like McDonalds, they advertise it but machines don’t work. This was my first time here, I doubt I will come back.
