I’m always impressed when I come to this Red Robin. The staff is genuine and sweet. I didn’t just feel like a number. Curb side to go, or dining in. The food and portions are always great! Highly recommend stopping in!

The food was very good, we had a party of 4 people and everyones burgers and sides were right on point. However this is the 3rd time we came here and the beer did not taste the way it should, either its old or the lines were dirty. It didnt totally bomb the experience though, but I wouldnt order beer here again. Will definitely come back again.

This is a huge restaurant with plenty of seating at tables and booths. The food is very good and the service is friendly and polite. The atmosphere is fun and there is a lot of memorabilia on display. They have bottomless sides.

I used to love to go to Red Robin for the fish and chips because they use a light tempura batter so it wasn’t heavy. Well that is not the case anymore. There was more batter on that fish than there was fish. It was horrible. The french fries are still good but I have to tell him to not put salt on cuz they oversold them. The appetizer of the pretzel bites were really good and my husband liked his burger but since I don’t really eat beef or chicken I will probably not rush back

Restaurant has an odor that you can smell the minute you walk through the door. Smells like they are mopping with dirty water.
There is dust everywhere. This place needs a deep cleaning.
Server was great, although they were shouting across the restaurant. Food wasn’t even hot. We asked for hot fries, they just put old ones back in the fryer.
This is a great location, I hope corporate gets this place cleaned up!

I am writing to share feedback regarding my visit to your restaurant on December 28, 2025. We arrived right as you opened, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations for fresh food or quality service.
Our waitress appeared standoffish and disinterested. Regarding the food, I ordered the garlic fries, which arrived cold and soggy with large chunks of garlic. My fiancé ordered a burger with garlic aioli on the side; however, it was served both on the side and on the burger. The flavor was so overwhelming that he was unable to finish his meal. Additionally, the replacement fries I requested did not arrive until we were already prepared to leave.
Given the high price point and the poor quality of both the food and service, we were very disappointed and do not plan to return.

I have a great time every time I come. Food is great time and our server wendy is great! Very under rated place, spend about 100 bucks between me and 4 friends very affordable (to me). Has world trivia on the table

The salads were amazing and fresh with all the dressing you could add.
But then of course there came the strawberry peach shake that was beyond repose. There was even leftovers and they gave it to us in the steel shaking cup.
