Red Robin absolutely nailed it on hospitality. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome—big smiles, friendly hellos, and that kind of kindness that sets the tone for the whole meal. It wasn’t forced or “scripted” either; it felt like they actually cared that we were there. Service stayed warm and attentive throughout, and that overwhelming friendliness is what really stood out and made the visit memorable.

Burgers are great. Not the best value anymore as Price is going up closer to most over priced burger joints. Love the menu options though.
Service is ok. Had to remind / explain server of a few things.. menu item, birthday deal & refills.

I had the worst experience coming here. I came in around 5 I never got our servers name she didn’t say it.
But she had bright pink hair and face piercings. I do too so that isn’t a problem. We had a party of five waited 10 minutes to get sat because the host busser was doing her best to get people sat she’s the only person who did amazing. Running around wiping tables cleaning them sitting people and bussing all in one. Our server finally comes over and stands in the corner cracking her back and her fingers trying to talk to us. Then we order our drinks and she’s telling us that our 3 year old child should get the regular milkshake and not the kids when we had a kids menu for her. The drinks finally come over and she’s telling us when we order. Is it one seat or two and I said like one check and she said yeah. We order and me and one other person got the same exact burger no mayo well done and fries. Then my friend also got the same burger but with mayo and fries. Everyone’s food comes out and I tell her I ordered my burger with no mayo because it was all over the bottom of the burger with lettuce on it which doesn’t even come on the burger. 6 minutes later she brings me my same burger back sets it right in front of me and walks away before I say anything. I wait 15 minutes thinking maybe I was going to get a new burger and I still didn’t. I catch her walking away from another table and I asked her where my other burger is thinking that she remade it because there’s still may on my burger. I had it flipped over and everything in Plainview for her to see that nothing was fixed. After 10 minutes she said her manger was adding another burger then taking it off the bill. But she never took it off till I had to ask twice. She messed up drink orders. She just wasn’t friendly yelling across the restaurant from our table to another person to ask if her whole party was adults and I heard her say oh god this sucks under her breath. The first burger that was messed up should have been taken off my bill. The manger comes out winks at us as he sets food down as well and never said a single word about anything. I called at 11 spoke to a manger and he still hasn’t called back or done anything he seemed like he didn’t even have a clue as to what he was doing on the phone. I was very disappointed and definitely won’t come back to a place I come every week or so. I called at 11:01 when they opened and still no call back from that day. It’s been a whole week with the manger said he would call me back “soon or the next day” with an update or a gift card or some type of compensation and I’ve still gotten nothing. This use to be a place I’d go maybe 4-5 times a month now I will never come back.

We went here recently with our adult daughter. The food was great,and who doesn’t love endless fries? I ordered a specialty,non-alcoholic drink that was basically a coconut flavored Coco~Cola with whipped cream . Who knew that combination would be so refreshing??!!

Atmosphere could be pretty sweet idk if it was on the day the wife and I went, but that place kinda sucked had a older lady arguing with a server, server was obviously haveing a bad day attitude was wack. Had a table right across from us not be cleaned Untill we finished our food, lack in cleanliness, did not finish our food we couldn’t tell if the meat was actually cooked on one burger(wife’s) and mine was just super greasy. Fries and broccoli were great but main dishes were buns wanted to try a new spot and ended up here. Will not be back!

Good food, great service, cool atmosphere.
We got the mozzarella sticks, onion ring tower, fries with in house sauces since it was our first time here, cole slaw, and the Laval Burger. It was all delicious.
Ashley and Gabe took great care of us and even the host was cool and had a shirt that made me wanted to get a Scorpion Burger.
The place was clean and cool. I liked the Pac Man mural near the bathrooms.

Food literally came out like 10, 15 minutes after order. Fast, efficient and delicious for a lunch break. Very good. Just average service, not very engaging..so left an average review for average service. Food was good . Bartender was fast too 4 star with speed of food. 3 stars if the wait was longer. Overall 3* (avg service). 4 for the speed of food coming out

Continues to be my son’s favorite birthday dinner spot. The food was fantastic all around, hot, and they had fries out right away for the inpatient little guys. We had a group of 7 and the waitress was phenomenal at getting drinks refilled and food was out fast.

Wow what a great place with great food! I loved everything that I ordered and the service was great! The only thing that I can complain about is the fact that the restaurant needs a deep clean. Years of oil in the air has made the place smell like old mop water and the floors were slick
