When we walked in they were doing a shift change which seemed to be quick. We were greeted warmly and the hostess held a little conversation and seemed genuinely interested in my answers. The server was super friendly and on top of everything. Our food came out correctly and was delicious. Always a plus having the bottomless sides also, although my second serving of salad came with cheese, would’ve been nice if they were on top of modifications I had previously asked for.
If I could change one thing about all restaurants it would be the server saying their name when they greet us. I don’t know if just miss it or if they aren’t saying their names but that’s a little thing that helps the experience. Also, the bathrooms needed a better cleaning and someone on top of switching out toilet paper. It wasn’t busy so I’m not sure who dropped the ball on checking.
Never really come here but despite those two things I will definitely be back soon!

Went for lunch 12/2. Restaurant was clean, staff very friendly and patient. Had a minor issue that I wouldn’t have even brought up that the server saw and brought to the attention of the manager, who graciously did what she could to make amends for. (I’ll admit, it was a little embarrassing that the staff fussed about something I was completely happy to not even bring up. But as a culinary professional, and a customer; I respect the attention to detail and commitment to their vision.)
They went out of their way to treat me well. Food was delicious, and prompt. Spent an hour, and about thirty dollars, and was very satisfied with the experience. Not my first visit, but this one stands out as a reason I keep coming back.
I would place this as one of the area’s best burger-specific restaurants, and well worth the price. I will be returning soon.

Came in early, 5PM. Hostess seated us after 15 minutes, and our waitress came off as rude and stresed. You can imagine that this place is always overwhelmed. I’d drive by before and see the parking lot full. It’s not worth it, but in law’s insisted.
Food came out slow, and my burger was a sloppy, wet mess… fries were good, though. I questioned if what they brought me was what I ordered. It was not what I envisioned.
Business picked up x10 by the time we were done, and they were almost rushing us out of the booth for the next poor souls waiting for their own subpar experience.

It has been a while since I have been to a Red Robin, this was an awesome experience back. Our sever was very nice and the food was very delicious. I got the Royal Red Robin it was my first time getting it. It was delicious I would highly recommend trying it.

I really enjoyed the food it was good. And also I really enjoyed the waitress who was very very very very very very nice I also appreciative that she found an alternative for me since I did not want the carbohydrates from the bun she said will we have a lettuce wrap instead and she was very kind came by every 15 minutes to make sure that we were okay and refilled our drinks honestly she really made the the entire stay for our lunch worth it! The only thing I didn’t like was the price it was me and one other girl and I got the avocado Burger with broccoli and the lettuce wrap and then my other party got a burger with the endless fries and a milkshake and it cost us $52 and so I was very shocked at the price and that’s the reason why I do four instead of a five

Stopped in with the family to eat dinner and take advantage of their $10 meal deal. Food was as expected. No issues with any three of our meals. Waitress was Ashley and she was more than accommodating. I would highly suggest requesting her as she did a phenomenal job. We took advantage of call ahead seating which saved us in a 1-hour wait.

Visited Red Robin on National Cheeseburger Day with my wife. We choose it because of the big selection of cheeseburgers. We have not been to a Red Robin in a couple of years and it was a good surprise. Both are our cheeseburgers were very good. They were cooked exactly as we requested. My wife ordered the Whiskey RiverBBQ and had the Bacon Avocado Smash. My wife got the sweet potato fries after trying the steak fries and not caring for them as she prefers a thin French fry and we also shared the broccoli. Both were very good. Our server, Spencer, was excellent.
