I have been going to this Red Robin for 22 years. The staff they have now is the best they have ever had. Managers Jamie, Tasha and Seth are Excellent. They come to our table and make sure that the food came out correctly and will correct it if it is wrong. Servers Caitlin, Nicole, Rebecca, Hailey, Myami and Hannah get a Shout Out from me. They give Excellent Customer Service and attention to the details, even when dealing with large parties.

As a weekly patron of this establishment for twenty-two years, I have to say that this restaurant, along with it’s GM, Seth, managers, Jamie and Tasha, and the entire staff, comprise the best team that this Red Robin location has had in years! They are customer centric and focused, deliver top-of-the-line service, and give attention to detail! I wholeheartedly give this restaurant an A plus rating, and encourage others to follow suit with their positive remarks!

I’ve ordered here several times in the past year, typically To Go, but a few times in person, and I feel like they go out of their way to make the experience terrible. This time was beyond the worst. I had an allergy allert on one burger and made everything else I could GF including her spouse’s fries just in case. They made her burger with a regular bun, his burger with a GF bun, nothing was marked and if u know anything u dont want to touch a gf bun after touching a normal bun bc it can cross contaminate, so just checking to see which is which is its own hazard and must be done by 2 different people. Not as large as this issue but still worth mentioning, I ordered broccoli which was about 1/4 cup serving and the $7 milkshake that’s 32 Oz in store was 12 Oz. I will NEVER order a shake to go from RR again bc this is the biggest ripoff EVER and the shake is subpar watery like they watered it down to mess with you more. When I called the manager was barely concerned not taking the health dangers that were posed by poor reading comprehension seriously and read the order back to me WRONG again. Are you even trying to read it or just making assumptions? She was flippant and asked me what I wanted her to do. She had the food remade but honestly I’m scared, questioning now if its really even the kind of semi-safe u can expect from eating out. For $65 for 3 burgers there are WAY better burger places out there. I won’t be taking on this rage again any time soon. I’ve given them too many chances and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who doesn’t want to be poisoned by allergens bc they clearly don’t care.

I’ve eaten here a few times over the years, and it’s disappointing how far the quality has dropped. The zucchini fries were the first red flag… they had that unmistakable old-oil taste, like the fryer hasn’t been cleaned or the oil hasn’t been changed in a long time. The side salad wasn’t any better — wilted lettuce, dried-out cheese, and a dressing that tasted off. It all felt careless and rushed.

What really bothers me is the price. They’re charging premium prices for food that isn’t even close to acceptable quality. I honestly think this might be the next restaurant to go under if they keep serving food like this — it’s disgusting and shameful to charge people this much for something that tastes this bad. Even the service felt disconnected, like no one really cared about the experience they were providing.

This used to be a reliable spot, but something major has changed. At this point, I can’t recommend it at all. There are too many better options out there.

Went about 4pm, was not busy at all but service was very slow. This has happened at this location before and at another location. Very slow service when there was only 8 other people in the place. If it wasn’t for the $9.99 burger/fries/drink meal I would not go back. Burger was good, fries are good but they need to bring more/faster since they advertise all you can eat fries.

We chose to eat at Red Robin to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and called an hour beforehand to confirm they do birthday singing—they said yes. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing from start to finish.

We were seated and placed our order, but three other tables that arrived 20–25 minutes after us received their food before we did. It took so long for our server to take our order that we ended up ordering our kids’ meals from the table kiosk just so they could eat something. Our kids finished their meals long before my husband and I even received ours.

We were also left waiting several times for drink refills and refills for the kids’ “bottomless sides,” which we only received once before we left. To make things worse, we paid for a premium side that never arrived or was taken off our bill. After nearly two hours in the restaurant, we finally just asked for our food to go without even trying it.

When we asked about the birthday song (the whole reason we came), we were told the staff couldn’t do it because they were in training, even though I had called ahead specifically to confirm this. The staff seemed apologetic, but not very genuine about it. The manager did offer a small discount, which I appreciated, but it didn’t make up for the poor experience.

Eating out is a luxury for our family, so we don’t do it often, and this visit really ruined what was supposed to be a fun birthday evening for our daughter.

(And yes, we still left a very decent tip despite the fact)

Came in for lunch with my son. We ordered an appetizer and each a burger. I was surprised that our food came out quickly but we never got our appetizer. It wasn’t busy, it was clean and our waitress was friendly. We got our bill and I asked the waitress to take off the appetizer we never received. She did, and then we watched the staff enjoying it as we walked out. So it was made, she just didn’t ever bring it. Our burgers were good.

I got an impossible burger and fries, you can’t really mess it up. Our server was a tad slow and hard to hear. It was sort of loud not by guests but the music so that may have played a part. My daughters also had similar items, impossible burger and fries and a BLT on a croissant with a Caesar salad.

Don’t recommend- after trying and giving many chances, we won’t be going back until there’s new management and better food. There seems to be a lot of turnover here (affecting service quality) and the quality of the food has gone downhill. Prices don’t match what they’re serving- way overpriced.
