Stopped about 3:15 pm on Tuesday 4/29, and got seated immediately. Not very busy at all at that time. Waitresses were outstanding, dining area was very clean. I will be doing a follow up to this location, as they seem to lack attention to detail. I had the lava queso burger which was fantastic, also probably the messiest burger you could order. Food arrived with a knife, but had to call the waitress back to get a fork to eat it with. Also, ordered a milkshake, and they could not get it made due to some equipment problems. It’s after 300 in the afternoon and you are just realizing you can’t make a milkshake? Again, not deal breakers as both are insignificant, but attention to detail makes me wonder what is wrong behind the scenes. Food and waitress excellent, and I will give them a pass, and follow up.

Solid lunch on a Tuesday. We all opted for burgers and steak fries. Everything was prepared as expected. We had a friendly waitress that was prompt and did not hover. Get a side of campfire sauce to take your fries to the next level. Haven’t been to RR in over 15 years and service and food feel exactly the same. Kudos to a company that that has stood by their hospitality standards.

I was seated quickly, but then had to wait about 15 minutes for a server. For reference there were only about 4 active tables. Food took another 15 or so to come out. My fries came out cold, the burger itself was sub par for the price. During my visit I had to request for a drink refill, the fry portions were small and I also had to request a refill on them vs being asked if I needed a refill. You have better options at better price points and faster service.

We LOVE that the kids get endless sides. For the bigger kids it’s a great way for them to get enough food without it costing us an arm and a leg. Service was quick and friendly. Our waitress was perfect about checking in and offering refills.

Even though I don’t know what they have going on in the back, but they are pretty slow for not being busy. It took a bit for someone to come to the table to get our drink order. The restaurant itself looks nice and clean. The music is pretty good. The server and hostess were nice. The food wasn’t bad, better than expected.

Food was great service was good but the “candied bacon” wasn’t candied. Whoever put this item on the menu please take it off or maybe try to make it actually candied. Other than that it was a good experience

My partner and I had dinner here a few nights ago and the whole experience was great! We had to wait about 10-15 minutes since it was busy, but it was worth it! The staff from the moment we arrived were all friendly and attentive. Our server was on the ball too! She was very prompt and professional. She didn’t harass us and let us eat, came and checked in with us and made sure we were all good. The food came out really quick and was delicious! Despite them being busy, everyone was cleaning up the place and keeping business flowing.
