This is a great place to refuel from shopping! I’ve never had to wait long for a table. The dining area is clean and they have the tvs on for viewing. The waitresses are always friendly and they welcome any questions about the menu. The dishes I’ve tried taste good and so do the specialty drinks.

This was my first visit to this restaurant since COVID, and I’d like to share my personal impressions.
-The burgers seem smaller than I remember.
-Without a drink, the total came out to over $20 after tax and tip.
-For a Monday lunch, the place felt surprisingly empty.

The food was okay when we finally did get it. We waited over 20 minutes just for our drinks. We finally got our drinks and a little after that our server finally took our order. The food was okay but they didn’t even give me the mayo I asked for. A small simple request and I didn’t even get it. I couldn’t finish my burger because of how dry it was. When it was time to pay, they expect everyone to pay with cards apparently because we were going to pay with cash but our server took our dishes and said have a good evening without asking about payments. We sat for another 20 minutes waiting on someone to take our payment and someone finally come to the table and we explained that we were going to pay with cash. Then we were told our server would be back with us to take the payment but she continued waiting on other tables, which is fine but we had already been waiting to pay for a while. We ended up having to pay with our card which we did not want to do with certain bills about to come out and everything. Terrible experience and the food is not all it’s cracked up to be. We won’t be back!

We did not have the best of experiences on this visit. The waitress was very nice and friendly. She took our order and it was accurate. We waited a long time for our food and every meal came cold. Our waitress brought the manager over and he had all our meals re-done. We waited over 20 minutes for the second order but it was hot and very good. The manger was not very impressive as his clothes were filthy. He wasnt going to give us a discount until the waitress brought it up. The restaurant was clean and not busy. A parking space can be hard to find.

I come to this location a couple of times per month and am always really happy with the food and atmosphere. I always request Erin as my server because she is awesome. The staff is always really welcoming and accommodating. They have on occasion suggested new things for me to try that I really enjoy. Mary Ann the Manager is awesome too. She remembers things about me and asks how things are going. Just a really good vibe. The prices are decent and the bottomless fries are so good. I usually get them as an appetizer and then again with my meal. Also, this spicy ketchup stuff that they have is amazing. I can’t recommend this location enough.

This was one of the worst experiences at a restaurant I’ve ever had. Food was terrible. Service was terrible. Should not have to ask for a drink to be taken off my order to finally get it. Then my burger comes out not correct which is fine it happens but everyone at the table was able to finish what they could of the horrible food that was served before I got my remake burger. When i finally got it the cheese wasn’t even melted all the way and it looked just terrible. It took so long to get it that I ended up taking it to go because everyone was finished but I won’t be eating it because of how disgusting everyone else’s food was. Way overpriced for the quality of the food and service. They did take the remake of the burger off the bill that’s the only reason I didn’t give it one star. I try to be understanding especially when restaurants are busy but it was not busy.. I don’t know if they were short staffed or what but I will never be back.

I went into Red Robin at St Matthew’s Mall to grab a quick bite while out 2 days after the Storm. The nicest people work there! Service was fast and the food delivered hot and fast. I had the Haystack burger and bottomless fries. It was excellent! In and out quickly to get back to errands!

Ordered the double red Robin gourmet burger was pretty good. The fries are really good with there seasoning on them.my son Had the chicken fingers said they was really good and my other son had the burger with the egg. He said it was ok. The young lady serving us did a really good job . She was very friendly and kept our fries and drinks coming. The restaurant looked like it could use a nice little update. Restrooms was very dirty. I would definitely go back and definitely recommend this place. I will have to say it was way more expensive then I expected or remembered.
