My friend and I chose red robin at Hamilton Place Mall, and the experience was not good. Our server seemed to be rushing us from the beginning. It was like we were invisible. Asking for items and not getting them but watching our server treat other guests favorably. I told the manager I am leaving and he did not care at all. I will not go back to this place again. Worst service ever! It wasn’t even busy. We wanted to eat lunch but only got a bad taste in our mouth.

We went to Red Robin yesterday for my son’s birthday. It wasn’t busy. The waiter Cody had the team sing to our son and brought him a dessert. The food was amazing and fresh. I always love the burgers and Cody recommended the pretzel appetizer. It was delicious. I love the bottleless root beer floats. A great place for a family fun meal.

Got the In og Yummm burger. It was very good. Onions rings were great. Best I’ve ever had. They were very crisp and nicely breaded. You could bite through them without pulling the onion out with you teeth. Crispy.

The service sucked. When I’m dropping 100$ on 2 people I expect service to be not rude and factual. They told me my meal would be free for my bday when turned around when the check got here and said only lunch is free. Happy hour drinks are worth it. Along with the pineapple and picania but I will not be back. This was my favorite restaurant and this experience has ruined it for me.

I have never been to this location, but nothing less than the best services. Trinity was our server, and she was the best. She knew exactly what to do for my gluten allergy.
I ordered the endless steak fries, of course, because it is hard to find companies that have dedicated frier just for the Fries.
Next, I got the gluten-free pizza. It was tasty with the cauliflower crust. The mushrooms, green olives, bell peppers.
To drink, I had the strawberry lemonade with whole strawberry slices inside.
Would I recommend this restaurant? Absolutely
Would I return to this business? Absolutely

Our server Cooper was amazing! His energy made our time more enjoyable. We will for sure be coming back and would love to have him again. The endless sides were a great bonus especially having little ones. It was one of the best experiences we’ve had in a long time.

Seth and Breezie are the funniest bartenders I’ve ever seen! The food took forever to come out (over 30 minutes and we weren’t even in a rush but it was kinda noticable). But the two bartenders totally made up for it. They were hillarious – cracking jokes, telling stories, and keeping everybody at the bar entertained the whole time.
Drinks were great too, but those guys turned a slow night into a fun one. Worth visiting just for the service and vibes. Will def be back – hopefully the kitchen speeds up a bit, but even if it doesnt, I’m coming for the bartenders!

Incompetent kitchen, expo, host you name it.
There is not any point in the day where they are not struggling whether they have two people in the restaurant or more. No amount of their staff can do any amount of basic tasks within a reasonable amount of time. Get ready to just be waiting for about twice as long as any other place that serves the same food with the same amount of employees and the same amount of people in the restaurant.
Pretty embarrassing.
Watched my food sit under the heat lamps by the kitchen for nearly 10 minutes before it was brought to me, but the people doing expo had plenty of time to chit-chat and hang out in between giving out occasional orders.
These people are completely asleep behind the wheel

We were so excited to try Red Robin for the first time. We were seated quickly in the bar area that had 1-2 more tables occupied. After we sat for 10 minutes and we saw 1 server, who dropped off drinks to a table. Another 10 min passed, and we saw no one. I went to the bar to ask who our server was, and was completely ignored by the “bar tender” whose bar was completely empty. My wife went to the host stand to ask who our server was and was met with “they’re busy”. So we of course got up to leave because they were too busy to serve us. I then asked to speak to the manager, the hostess response was “talking to the manager won’t help anything!” So yeah, HIGHLY do NOT recommend!
