We had another fantastic experience at Red Robin, and we have to give a huge shoutout to Jake!
We’re locals and come here often because you really can’t beat the combination of great food at a good price — but what keeps us coming back is the service. Jake remembered us right away, which made us feel so welcome. Even when there was a bit of a pickup in the restaurant, he stayed attentive, friendly, and on top of everything.
What truly stood out was how he treated our son. Our son is obsessed with Pokémon, and Jake went above and beyond by bringing him Pokémon cards during dinner and even telling us about local card shows. He showed genuine interest and took the time to connect with him, which absolutely made our son’s night (and ours too!).
The restaurant is always clean, the music is great, and the atmosphere is fun — but team members like Jake are what make this location special. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

The burgers here are definitely delicious. If you get a chance you have to try the campfire sauce it is great. The service could be better though. Unfortunately my last visit my server would rather sit behind the bar and be on his cell phone then to attend the customers to make sure that they have what they need. Service was very slow.

Enjoyed the lettuce wrap burger with bottomless fries. The burger was cooked to a perfect medium per my request and was nicely assembled. Overall. Good quality burger in a comfortable environment. Plus a menu with enough items that even those craving a non-burger item or with a sweet tooth should be satisfied here.

Stopped in to Red Robin at their Countryside Mall location and was impressed!! Upon arrival they had the outside all decked out for Christmas and the decor followed inside as well. Very great job on the decorations!! Was greeted promptly. Our server Meagan was phenomenal in her service!!! Helped with menu selections and recommendations. Food was brought out quickly and hot!! From the appetizer to the entrees, the flavors were excellent!! I ordered the new Jalapeño Heatwave burger, added an additional patty to it and was extremely impressed in the flavors!!! There is an extensive selection of gourmet burgers, shakes, desserts and more!!! Looking forward to visiting again when I’m in the area!!! Keep up the great work everyone!!! And also, excellent job by the kitchen staff for a great job!!!

Listen… go see Kiara and Meagan at Red Robin! They have the best customer service and they work together! The food was good and hot! They didn’t care that we walked in at the last minute. They treated us like we had all night! This burger was cooked to perfection. It was just as ordered! Thanks the the managerial staff who also made us feel welcomed! Tyler and Justin you have done a great job proving why Red Robin is the best! Thank you for loving what you do, it shows in every aspect of the restaurant!

Great visit to Red Robin! I had a burger with a fresh salad and their amazing house ranch dressing, plus a milkshake that was so good. My husband had a burger with fries and the endless root beer floats, which he loved. The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and we’ll definitely be back!

Red Robin did not disappoint!! None of us had food left on our plate, great quality burgers! Even the veggie burger was a delicious. Our waitress Maddie was very attentive and had great customer service. The Manager Tyler even stopped by our table to ask if we needed anything. Great location to come to!!

RED ROBINS AT COUNTRYSIDE MALL ON GIVING A MANY YEARS SOBER RECOVERED ALCOHOLIC ALCOHOL INSTEAD OF PAYING ATTENTION AND WOULDNT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITIY.
Me, my girlfriend and my uncle all went out to celebrate her birthday and get lunch together. My uncle is a recovered alcoholic and ordered Heineken 0.0. He drank it and they got him a refill, and upon drinking the refill he found out it was REAL ALCOHOL. Beyond upset. He was sober for years. How are you not more careful. If someone orders Zero alcohol drinks that normally means they don’t drink. I was beyond angry and we all were so we left and he ended up tipping the lady like $30 or something because he was trying to be nice before he realized what happened. We called in the parking lot and the manager took down our information and told us that they would send us a gift card and seemed very apologetic. It has now been a month and we still don’t have anything so they left me no choice but to leave a review. If you want to fix this feel free to contact me.

We had gone 3 of us a couple hours before close time waited a few mins at the door but, when we were sat had a nice waiter that was quick with our drinks apps and dinner. The food was hot a little to much garlic in the garlic fries but they were very good. Recommend the chicken sandwich or the burgers they were top notch.

It was my first time in this restaurant and I was super pleased and happy to start the waitress: Charlize at table 45, greeted me with a big and beautiful smile and started explaining to me the menu and gave me suggestions for my desires.
