Haven’t been to Red Robin in ages, but stopped today in with my husband before doing some shopping at the mall. Our waitress, Samantha/Sam, was awesome in so many ways! She let us know that we get a free appetizer if we join the rewards program, which we did. The manager also brought us a complimentary side of fries with ranch and a delicious campfire sauce as a thank you for coming in.
We got the pretzel bites with beer cheese, the Mad Love burger, and the bacon cheeseburger with garlic fries. Everything was so tasty and perfect, and the sides are bottomless/interchangeable! The everything Caesar salad was great & my Pop Pop Fizz cocktail was the perfect combo of sweet & tart, with a prosecco sidecar to top it off!
The quality of the food and service was amazing, and the price for the value was better than anything else I’ve experienced lately in this economy. We’ll definitely be back (especially because we didn’t save room for dessert this time)!!

The new A1 burger is a great taste combo however the 2 of the 3 baskets of fries I consumed where cold when they hit the table and the service is the worst I’ve seen at any Red Robin Location ever. I asked for a refill on my Sweet Tea and it actually took 12 minutes to get it to the bar. Love the atmosphere, minus the football and having to search for ketchup as well as getting my own napkins.

It’s been a while since we’ve visited Red Robin, and overall it was a good experience. The Brussels sprouts were my least favorite — they didn’t have much flavor. The queso burger was fresh and decent, but the garlic fries really stood out, they were delicious. The cocktails were tasty as well. Service was great; our server was attentive and friendly, and we were seated right away with no wait.

Food was very good, and the waitress was wonderful. However, l was not pleased as a new rewards member. We were to get a free appetizer, but we placed our order before we completed the the form online. Therefore we selected the option to pick up the free appetizer to go. We went to the pickup area at the end of our meal and waited more than 15 minutes. A member of management asked about our wait. We explained but we never received our appetizer. We were under the impression that a member of management was to visit our table during our meal. We saw her walking around during our meal, but she never came to our table. Our meal was good, but we didn’t like the reception as a new rewards member.

My mom and I stopped by for dinner recently. We took advantage of the burger special with endless fries. The burgers were juicy and delicious, and the fries were hot and well seasoned. The 7 or 8 fries that they give you. So, I slowly ate my burger, waiting to catch a glance of our server so that I could ask for a second helping. Sadly, we never got the chance because she didn’t show back up until we were done. Then she asked if I wanted more fries, but I no longer had any burger left, so I said no. Sigh.

Was actually pretty good. The server was able to get everything right and the was delivered got and tasty. Took a little longer to get to the table, but overall very good. Price was in line with what you have to pay these days. I liked being able to pay at the table and just leave when we were done.

Aniya is AMAZING. We kept forgetting to ask for things but she was so patient and sweet. She also made SURE my food was not cross contaminated with any wheat or gluten as I have a severe allergy. Great service from her! The food was hot and delicious!

I had an excellent lunch at Red Robin in Cordova Mall. The customer service was outstanding—I was seated immediately, and my order was both accurate and delicious. I went with the BBQ chicken wrap, paired with crispy onion rings, campfire sauce, and a raspberry sweet tea. Their cheeseburgers are also a great choice!
