Took the family here for a birthday celebration, and they absolutely loved it. The food was very good. However the service from our waitress Yunissa was exceptional. She was very patient, knowledgeable and professional. She gave reccomendations and was also friendly. Thank you Yunissa for a great experience.

I haven’t been here in years. The menu is very different but updated to new food choices. Burgers, burgers, burgers..all different choices. Small, Large, & Ex large. I had the turkey burger. So good with sweet potato fries. And their garlic fries taste like garlic fries. Not that shake on a little garlic powder. You can see the garlic on your plate. Check them out!

Yesterday was me and my husband’s wedding anniversary. Originally we had went somewhere else but received horrible service we decided to leave and come to Red Robin. We were seated right when we walked in and greeted almost immediately by Kaitlin. Our Food was great and definitely filled us up. Thank you Kaitlin for such great service and making our not so good night turn into something special. It makes a huge difference when you feel like your waiter/waitress cares.

I ordered the Red Robin Gourmet Burger well done (not pink please) to go (ordered there). After waiting patiently…I arrived home & was so excited to bite into a cold burger (I live 5 mins away) that was pink. I immediately spit it out because I was too scared to swallow pink meat. So disappointed. Please bite your burger before you leave this location if you order Togo.

We came here to the town center location a few weeks ago. I have only been to the one on International Dr in Orlando. They were short staffed, but tried their best to keep up. There weren’t a lot of patrons at the time. It was mid week in the evening. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with a side salad and water. My friend had a bacon burger with fries and a coke, but his drink came in a chipped glass. Luckily it was on the bottom so no risk of being cut. But hopefully they replace it. My daughter had corn dogs and mandarin oranges with Sprite. I definitely enjoyed the decor. They had some Halloween photos and the chandelier in the bar area was very unique. Everything was really delicious. Hopefully they’re able to hire more staff soon.

While visiting a job site in East Jacksonville near UNF I was having lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The beef was fresh and tender. Complimented by LTO and Mayo. Very good and crisp. The bun was toasted and soft. Really great onion rings and the side sauce was a nice addition to burger and the rings. Service was good and friendly folks. Enjoy
