Excellent service! Kim the GM heard we had never ate there before and came with steak fries and a little background on Red Robin. Kayla was a very tentative server, making all our needs were meet in a timely manner.

We had a wonderful meal Friday night! Celebrating a new job w/ family. We got seated in the bar and Robbie was a great server. We had burgers and wings. Wings were a bit over done. Overall not disappointed.

My dad is a huge fan of Red Robin , so we decided to have lunch here. The food was extremely fresh, the burgers so delicious! The waitress and the rest of the staff extremely friendly. Just an overall very nice experience, we definitely will be back !!!

I ordered online. You have to enter through the To go door way over in the back corner of the restaurant and it’s a very small cluttered hallway with no staff behind the bar. As you walk into the kitchen to try and find a person to assist you, as it is right there, someone will eventually glare at you, definitely not friendly. The fries were great and fresh. Unfortunately, that’s the only positive thing I can say about the food. Oh and my drink was right, I ordered a root beer. The brownie….. A sad uncooked piece of what should be delicious. Never have I ever spit out a brownie until today. I’m going to assume the sauce bottle exploded on my food and someone thought I wouldn’t mind a strand of lettuce with a bottle of whatever orange sauce that was instead of the burger I ordered. But I did mind. At no point in time was the experience at this location enjoyable to where I would want to return. Sad because at any other location they have delicious burgers and friendly staff or at least those have been my experiences.

We moved from Minneapolis 3 years ago and just found out Jacksonville has a Red Robin!!!!! Within 3 days of finding that out my daughter and I drove the 2 hours so I could get my beloved Wiskey River BBQ Burger w/ fries . It was just like I remembered it: some pink, no pickles, but everything else…and it was soooo delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff here is always great! And they have the BEST gluten free buns. Staff is well trained on how to handle allergies and I appreciate that! Not to mention the limitless fries are oh so yummy! We’ve gone multiple times but last night they were especially busy. Despite this, the staff stayed very attentive and kind. The manager was out running food too. They were noticably working well together and kept a great atmosphere despite the craziness of multiple large parties there at the same time.

It was quite good!!!! The beef itself tasted great!!!! The produce for the burgers was extremely fresh and tasty!!! I had the beer cheese bacon was good … It could have been better or hotter…. The beer selection is good. Sam Adams Summer Ale was on tap, always abgood choice for me! They have several others that can be found most places as well, but a good selection ranging from Stout to IPA. Kayla did an Amazing job taking care of us!

Visited Red Robin for lunch. First time to ever eat at the restaurant. We were seated immediately, and were given a nice booth. I liked the atmosphere. It was comfortable and good lighting. Our Waitress was friendly and attentive. My Husband and I both ordered a burger. The burgers were thick and very good. I also had broccoli and fries. We paid at the table. We enjoyed our meal. Would probably eat there again.

The hostess at the door was very polite and friendly. Our waitress did an awesome job. Food was served fresh, hot, and in a timely manner. The manager also came out and greeted the guest in the restaurant.

We ordered the simple Burger each. One medium well, one medium, with regular steak fries one with garlic steak fries. Closest bar in burgers were cooked perfectly, the fries were amazing.
The service we received from the minute we entered the door from Kim the manager was outstanding.
Our service from the bartender, Robbie impressive to say the least.
