Excellent burgers! The music was a little loud but we could still hear each other. The sauce and/or grease on my Mad Love burger was immune to gravity? The fries were warm and soft! No desert but I got a ballon! PS my water had three lemons

I keep trying to give this place a chance, but they are never consistent in their service. Went last night amd the restaurant was dirty, with dishes all over the tables and bar. They were out of a lot of the alcohol that we wanted. The bartender had to be found, after 15 mins of sitting there. He was nice but really ill prepared to make drinks. We even spoke to the Manager, George, who seemed to be clueless. So we paid for our drinks amd left and went somewhere else to eat. When its food its good but here lately it hasn’t been.

My wife, son and I came here today for lunch. The hostess sat us immediately and we waited about 5 mins before the server came over to ask for the drink order, which is pretty decent timing. Once our drinks arrived we placed our order, the red tavern double, pepper and smoke burger, my son got the corn dog nuggets and we ordered the mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. The mozzarella stick were by far the star of the show for the lunch, absolutely amazing. My wife and I both agreed that the burgers were decent but nothing crazy, still a good sandwich tho and my son loved his mini corn dogs. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the product they serve and overall timing was quick. I’m pretty impressed on the speed the food and drinks came out. I would say definitely come give this spot a visit, food is good and service is even better.

Pro: The beer was cold.
Cons: The food was rather expensive. We we’re okay with that until we received the food. I ordered a half pound burger with a bunch of fixings(as we say in the south), so I was surprised when I received my order and the burger was smaller than one I would get from BK. Also, I received 15 fries. Yes, I did count them. But I figured that with the endless fries it wouldn’t be a big deal. So my fries are eaten and I was wanting more. Our waitress was apparently really busy waiting on 2 other customers. I counted them to. To say I was extremely dissatisfied with this restaurant is an understatement.
They have the potential to be a wonderful place to eat but need a complete customer service and food service makeover. I hope someone sees this post and helps these people out.

Food was YuM !! Burgers were 10/10 Definitely get the bottomless fries!! Don’t be like Me getting coleslaw to try it and it was 2 Love the Colorful decor and how nice the Bartender-waitress was handling her section on tables very seamlessly.

Ms. Anneliese was absolutely wonderful, and TJ was great as well. The entire staff provided exceptional service from start to finish. Everyone was warm, attentive, and truly made us feel valued. After an awful experience at the Smokey Bones in Columbus, GA (they served everyone else but us), we went to Red Robin in Columbus GA. They served us immediately. The waitresses were super nice. The food was excellent! The manager asked how they did. I promised a good review.

Our server was EXCELLENT!! Forgot to ask her name(though she was the only pregnant one we saw). She took VERY good care of us. Some of the food was the problem. We ordered 2 different drinks. Both looked & tasted the same. I changed my order to water instead. We ordered 3 appetizers: Onion Ring Tower, Fried Pickles, & the Banzai Wings. The onion rings were over cooked(not burnt though). The pickles were ok. The wings tasted good, but were almost burnt. My bf Monster burger & fries were excellent. My Southern Charm burger was a GREAT disappointment. I ordered med well. It was more pink to my liking, but VERY charred on the outside(VERY). I don’t know how that was accomplished. The “candy” bacon tasted like regular bacon. The “caramelized” onions were slightly grilled, not caramelized. The sweet potato fries were good. I also placed a to go order for a Southern Charm burger for my son & a lemon cake for myself later. The cake was SUPER sweet!! So sweet that I really couldn’t taste the lemon. I only ate 3-4 bites before giving the rest to my bf. He had to drink a LOT of water while eating that cake. A LOT of money spent for great service but mediocre food.

We stopped here on the way to great wolf lodge in la grange GA. I had been her before many years ago, but was super excited to visit on our mini vacation!
My kids were super stoked to see root beer / coke floats were bottomless and planned out their choices and swaps!
The o-rings were a little crispy for my taste but still were delicious! Their bacon cheese dip was amazing!!
We finished off everything and didn’t have to ask for seconds of fries but we were so stuffed that we didn’t get to eat many more!
We were all very satisfied and our waitress was super nice and very friendly!
