The staff are super friendly here. My husband and I always sit in the bar area. Today we had Arlene as our server and she was fantastic. We had the queso as an appetizer and did not leave a morsel. I got one of the Tavern burgers which are smaller but I still did not eat the entire burger, so it was perfect for me. Unfortunately, the fries were terrible they were all different sizes so some were over done and some were underdone. We never leave without getting the donuts and they never disappoint. I only gave 3 stars for atmosphere because there was cleaning supplies sitting out right next to the bar where people were eating and it grossed me out a bit.

My boyfriend and I had a few hours to kill before our flight after dropping off our rental car, and Red Robin happened to be the closest spot we could walk to with our luggage. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with smiles and zero judgment about the bags we were lugging around — which was so appreciated.
Our server, Jordan, was truly the highlight of our experience. He came over shortly after we were seated, apologized for a (very minimal) wait, and offered us complimentary sodas, salads, and fries — which was such a kind surprise. Honestly, we didn’t think the wait was long at all, but it was clear his section was busy. Both my boyfriend and I have worked in restaurants before, so we completely understood — and Jordan handled it all with such grace, kindness, and a constant smile.
He brought out our drinks (my Diet Coke was never empty — a huge win for me), followed by our salads and the free app we got from signing up for the rewards program. He kept checking in, telling us to take our time ordering, and even split our meal without us needing to ask. It’s the little things like that that make a big difference.
The bacon cheeseburger we shared was bomb.com, and the vibe of the whole team was just refreshing — lots of smiles, helpful attitudes, and great energy all around.
Highly recommend this location if you’re in the area — especially if you appreciate genuine, thoughtful service.

My first time here and the food was amazing! I got the red robin burger and steak fries. 100% hands down an excellent burger! My one and only complaint was our waitress wasnt as attentive to us as she was with the others. Our starter fries didnt come to us until after we received our food. Definitely will come back once a month for the food, for sure!

We had the most amazing experience at Red Robin in Myrtle Beach. The food was great but what made the experience so memorable? Our most awesome waiter Jordan! He was attentive and always had a terrific attitude and smile on his face. My 8 year old grandson said he wants to come back and ask for Jordan because he’s the best waiter he ever met. Give Jordan a huge raise and a bonus too! He was a light to our day in a world where people tend to be impatient and easily irritated. Great job Jordan!

This might be the best experience ive had at a Red Robin. The food was incredible and great quality, but what really made the experience was our server Jordan. He was so helpful the whole time and very warm and friendly. He helped us a lot with the menu and gave us a lot of good recommendations. We had a group of 6 and he was able to get all of our meals out in good time and was so nice to all of us. After we all tipped him he wasn’t expecting it at all, all he wanted to do was help us and he was so grateful. Jordan was possibly the most helpful and friendly server ive ever had and he definitely deserves a raise

Today was my first time going to red Robin. We were greeted by Don who was our server super helpful. I told him a lot of the allergies I had and he was telling me the foods that I shouldn’t be staying away from. Also gave me a lot of good suggestions on what was a good option to eat. We also had the manager Phil come over to greet us and to welcome us to red Robin. it was a great experience. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. Will definitely be going back.

Waitress was polite and helpful. Food was brought out fast & hot with no mistakes. Sunday afternoon was busy, but the restaurant managed the crowd well. Will be back to try out more food items on menu. The garlic Parmesan broccoli was delish, as we’re our burgers.
