It was my first time at Red Robin. Our waiter was fantastic, very friendly and attentive.
The presentation of the burger without fries was not very appealing (see picture). The burger was tasty but I missed some seasoning in the patty and in the toppings like avocado and mushrooms. Everything was fresh but just lacked a bit of flavor. The fries were very salty for my taste and the Caesar salad was drowning in dressing, with more dressing and Parmesan than actual salad.
What I really loved was the free refill, not only for drinks but also for fries.
Overall we felt very welcome because the service was amazing. If the kitchen improves a bit this could easily become one of my favorite spots.

We usually come to this Red Robin a couple of times a month. This last time was our last. The waiter took our drink order. We let him know we were ready to order our food. We both ordered burgers. I ordered a burger with a salad, when it came out, the lettuce was all brown and wilted. My husband had a burger with broccoli. The broccoli was black on the bottom. It looked terrible. We mentioned it to the waiter and then the manager. He was going to take a percentage off of our meal. But when we went to pay, it hadn’t been taken off. We’re very disappointed by this Red Robin.

Red Robin was great! I usually eschew chain restaurants in favor of local ones, but in this instance, I’m very glad that I went to the Red Robin. The staff was very nice, I was seated quickly, and my waitress was very attentive! The food was pretty good, albeit not spectacular. They brought it out quickly, but it was scalding hot, so maybe they should’ve waited a minute or two. It also seemed that one of my chicken tenders was slightly undercooked, but still edible. The fries on the other hand, were excellent, and I love their bottomless promotion! When I’ve gone in the past, the bottomless promotion wasn’t that big a deal because the server didn’t bring them out that quickly, but this time, my waitress was awesome about keeping them coming. Finally, the Tito’s Blue Chill is awesome! It’s definitely one of my favorite drinks to get at any bar!
I would highly recommend going to this Red Robin, and I would venture to say that it’s one of, if not my favorite chain restaurant!

Came in, had no wait to be seated, then proceeded to wait forty five minutes for an appetizer while I watched four separate tables around me receive food. I understand that it’s a busy time around lunch but something clearly went wrong here, server seemed like she was avoiding us. I mean come on, we ordered onion rings and fried pickles, I KNOW this stuff comes in frozen and is tossed in a fryer, it shouldn’t take forty five minutes. We (me and two children) got up and left.

Red Robin has visibly declined. You can walk in and see that only a quarter of the tables are occupied at most and it will likely still take you 10 minutes or more to be seated. Drinks as simple as the chocolate milk on the kids menu will take 10-15 minutes to prepare and deliver. The food is decent still, and the servers themselves are polite but they are clearly unable to staff appropriately. If you’re sitting in a restaurant and you’re waiting so long that you google whether the company is sliding toward bankruptcy (it is) that’s a pretty bad sign.

Food came out hot and drinks were good but not returning!
-Ordered hot honey with a burger which is an extra 1.99 it came to the table when the burger was finished. (No need for it now)
-Fish and chips portion was not even child sized. Why pay 22.00 for two small pieces of a fish that look like they were broken from a larger piece and ten shrimp very dissatisfied with today’s visit.
+pop pop fizz drink is great. So much alcohol I wasn’t able to finish it.

I do not usually write reviews, but here I go. The restaurant was filthy (we ate at 2:30 pm, and it wasn’t hectic). The tables were all covered in dishes. We waited over 45 minutes for two sandwiches. My order came out wrong; a different burger and side were delivered. They “remade” it, but only added bacon. All the food was cold. The two other tables next to us had the same issue. When they remade the table next to us, they scraped off the sauces from his burger and brought it back, same bun and all. Very disappointed and will not be coming back.

Came for my son’s 7th birthday. Extremely slow dining experience for an apparently not so full restaurant. Cocktails took about 20 mins only for me to be in mid drink and see something black floating in it. Fry refill took about 15-20 mins each which made for a very fragmented burger experience. Server may have been overwhelmed I’m not sure but everything we asked for got misconstrued for example lemons for the table turned into a cup of lemonade..? My understanding escaped me when tip time came so it was all fitting. Listening is fundamental to the gig. Maybe better management is in order seems like a disorganized mess. I’ve had better. I’ve had worse that’s why they get a 3.
