Great location tucked downhill off of 15/501. Atmosphere very chill, good lighting, the restrooms were also clean and TVs are not loud which is a plus you can hear yourself think. We always go for the wings and endless fries. But for some reason the Banzai wings did not have much sauce on them they were drizzled rather than drenched with sauce. So a tad bit disappointed but we did ask for extra sauce on the side. Our waiter named Korea was very friendly and attentive. We chose not to get the combo (2 for $20.00) good bang for your buck if that’s what you choose. We did get drinks so that drove the tab up a bit. But overall we did enjoy also the Holiday decorations made it more enjoyable as well. We will be returning in the near future and do recommend this location.

Red Robin feels like one of those restaurants that may be past its prime. There was definitely a time when the food stood out—well above average for this style of casual dining. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t reflect those better days. The quality just wasn’t what it used to be, and the overall experience felt a bit underwhelming compared to past memories.
That said, the staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made a noticeable difference. Service was attentive and pleasant throughout the meal. The restaurant itself was moderately neat and clean—nothing remarkable, but certainly acceptable.
While it wasn’t a terrible experience, it didn’t live up to what Red Robin once represented. With a few improvements in food quality and attention to detail, it could recapture some of its former charm.

We sat in the bar area. It felt more private for my husband and me after a long day. The waitress Catherine was sweet and professional. The manager Darby came by our table a few times to help and was really kind and thoughtful. The staff are definitely doing their job well! I had the Scorpion burger and it was delicious and I felt a tingling on my tastebuds even afterwards. An enjoyable feeling as it was a flavorful choice with a kick! Great place, great food, and great service!

Today at 12 noon 6/4/25 Came for pickup order of donatoes pizza. After waiting for a few minutes a guy came up to me and said YES? I said I have a pickup order he said okay do you want to place it I said no it’s a pickup he said okay and… He was short and in a bad mood had no badge or anything on identifying himself as an employee. He was not happy and came off super annoyed to be there. I was taken back by the mood. Even worse was the pizzas were gross one was under cooked not edge to edge toppings, and raw in the middle the other one was way over cooked. I won’t be back to this Red Robin ever again.

Arrived, 3/1/26 around 2 pm: The host at the front door did not know how to seat two people so we waited for management (I guess) finally got seated and no one helped us, sat there waiting, no drinks, no update and so we got up and left after several minutes of waiting.
And on top of that the A/C wasn’t either on or wasn’t working. It was hot up in there.
You need to hire a responsible manager or get the one you have in gear!

Completely invisible to the staff—don’t waste your time.
I’m not one to complain, but our experience at this Red Robin today was incredibly disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt off. The hostess didn’t even bother to greet us; he just grabbed menus and wordlessly walked us to a booth.
It went downhill from there. We sat for 20 minutes without a single person acknowledging our existence. No water, no “I’ll be right with you,” nothing. The most frustrating part was watching the waitress repeatedly serve the table directly behind us, making eye contact but never stopping by to see if we had even been helped.
After sitting there feeling like ghosts for nearly a third of an hour, we finally realized no one was coming. We got up and walked out. If you’re looking for service (or even just a “hello”), I’d suggest going literally anywhere else.

Our first trip to Red Robin and we loved it! Tracy was an awesome server, and made me feel so comfortable about needing gluten free precautions. Burger and gluten free fries were delicious.

My child had a grilled chicken sandwich off the kids menu that was RAW in the middle! They ate some without realizing it until my 78 year old mother took a big bite and tasted immediately that it was raw. I pray to God that nether of them get Salmonella or E. Coli! I will be reporting them to the health department for endangering two at-risk individuals with the raw chicken. We told the waitress who brought over the manager who was apologetic and took it off the bill, she also gave us 2 free kids passes but honestly I don’t think I want to risk coming back here. She also took of my 9.99 deal burger and fries off the bill as the sweet potato fries were COLD and very greasy, and the ceasar salad she brought to replace them was overdressed with a thick dressing. The burger was edible but not as “good as” any fast food joint. AND the 9.99 deal comes with a drink and I ordered a Half and Half lemonade and tea which I specifically asked was included because both lemonade and ice tea were and the waitress said yes and I was additionally charged 2.99 for it (or was it 3.99? By this point we just wanted to pay the remaining bill and get the heck out of this place). The “Arnold Palmer” was also extremely watered down I had to ask what it was when it came. While the waitress seemed to be observant (by bringing my mom an extra basket of fries because she wanted to share w my dad) she spoke so quietly we had to ask several times what she was saying. Mostly it’s the RAW CHICKEN sandwich with the KIDS MEAL I am most concerned about. I will be adding the picture soon once I get it from my mom.

My wife and I stopped by for a weekday lunch meal last week. The blonde haired waitress was able to run the bar, and several tables by herself, where she did an amazing job. She was very kind, and greeted us with a smile. The food was perfect, and was made extremely fast. Several years ago, we had a terrible service experience, so I was hesitant to make another trip to this location, but I’m glad we did. What a pleasant experience. All around 5* experience. Thank you!
