We dropped in with a group of 20 and the Assistant Managing Partner, Mickey Sturdivant, was so good to get our group set up in the same location. We had to wait a bit but that was understandable when you bring such a large group in like that. Our waitress was quick taking our orders and very good at matching up kids with their parents even though we were at different tables. She served us calmly and made sure we had everything we needed for the evening. Again, Mickey thanked us for our patience and wished us a Merry Christmas several times. The food was brought out as ordered and very good. Nice visit!

I went today with my dad for my birthday. The food was incredible as always but our waitress was so kind and personable. You could tell she made an effort to make your experience the best. We also had who I assume to be the manager visit our table and tell us he was there if we needed anything. The staff came and sang to me for my birthday and gave me a treat! Another thing that stands out to me as far as atmosphere goes is the music. They play music at a perfect volume. I’m not a fan of restaurants playing music so loud, you can’t talk to the person beside you. Red Robin plays their music just loud enough to where you enjoy it but can have conversations with your table. Overall just so pleased with my experience and our family loves Red Robin anyways- so we’ll be back!

Though I tend to eat a vegetarian diet, every once in awhile I love to eat a good burger, especially when the restaurant cooks it the way I like it. The other night I met a friend here for dinner and was quite pleased. The restaurant was clean, nicely designed with fun lighting, and not too busy on a weeknight. Our waitress was friendly, well informed, and fun to talk with. My burger was cooked perfection, and I really appreciated the unlimited french fries. While we were there the manager came by to see if everything was to our liking, and was also there to see us off as we left. I would definitely eat here again.

We really like it here, service is always good and attentive. It’s pet friendly so we can bring our small dog. Last but not least, as vegetarians always appreciate a burger place with good veggie options and here they do!!
Mikey is a great guy and we’ll come back for our free milkshake!

Been a while since we had been. Decided to go after church this past Sunday. Not very busy, maybe 4 tables being served. We were seated promptly. However, after waiting ten minutes or more, we never had a server come to out table. We just politely got up and went next door to Kick Back Jack’s. My wife and I are 70+-. Perhaps our expectations are too high. No one even approached us as to why we were leaving. With prices high at most places, and servers getting 20 to 25 percent in tips, and the place practically empty we should have had better customer service. I won’t write the place off, but management needs to earn everyone’s business. Not this past Sunday.

My wife and I and our Grandbaby loves this place. We go sometimes every Sunday after church. We love Mickey the manager there. He always go over and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. I promise you will love everything about Mickey and his staff. We love you Mickey!

There’s no one in the restaurant, and our server couldn’t be bothered to help us. Ordered a water got a sweet tea. Didn’t seem interested in taking our order. The food runner was 3 times more helpful than the servers. They “didnt have a bartender so they didn’t have ice cream”. How are you gonna give me half the dessert and charge me full price? There’s a reason Red Robin is struggling, and now I see why. Avoid if you can. Would hate to see the service when busy

By far my favorite burger spot!! My mother and I came here yesterday and our waitress (Coco, I believe her name was), was so very sweet and attentive 🙂 The atmosphere was very calming and pleasing, and it was nice seeing the coworkers having fun with each other at times. The food was so delicious I don’t even think me or my mom talked much once it hit the table

I lived in Greensboro when this location opened. I was there every Friday. The service, food and atmosphere kept me coming back (and bragging about it to anyone who would listen). I decided to make it stop one on my hometown food tour – straight off the hwy. THEE BEST PART was the really sweet/helpful young lady hosting. The bartender ignored us long enough for the sweet girl to come take our food order. She wasn’t old enough to serve alcohol while we waited – totally understandable. We continued to wait until it became apparent our food was nearly ready. We went back over to wait by the host station. The bartender immediately stopped shuffling, went over to where we were sitting, put our chairs back, picked up the menus and began wiping down. It’s like she was waiting for us to give up/get up. Mom’s chicken sandwich was undercooked. My burger was too cold for only a 6 min ride home. This place seems like a shell of its former self.
