This was a good place to eat. The service was exceptional. And it was very clean. There were a few minor errors with the food but nothing that was not immediately fixable (sauces, etc..). The bar looked extremely well stocked, we didn’t drink but it looked like they had a great selection. The food was very good. I would definitely recommend.

I came into this Red Robin on Saturday 5/20/2023. I ordered the fish and chips which was really good (although it didn’t come with a pickle like the menu said). Our server Jamel was nice but he kept talking really fast (maybe slow it down a tad). My mom made the comment which is why I’m mentioning it. Otherwise everything was good. The restaurant was clean and people were friendly. I don’t really have any complaints.

We were in the area looking for a place that sat 14 people. They took care of us. We were seated quickly and all together. The server did an excellent job, and the food came out hot. I would recommend it. It’s was a Saturday afternoon.

I ended up waited to be seated after 20 minutes even though half the tables were empty. As tables were being cleaned, the solution they used to clean was unmarked. By Health Department rules, all solutions in spray bottles must be marked. The towel that was used on multiple surfaces without being sanitized. Tables I saw being wiped off did not get a sanitize solution afterwards. All food contact services need to be washed, rinse and sanitized by Health Code standards. The Scorpion burger I ordered was ok. I use to enjoy the Burning Love burger better, but it is not offered anymore. I ended up waiting an extra 10 minutes before a server came by to get me more fries. Not a bad experience, but with small improvements and attention to basic standards it could be better.

I am sorry to say that my visit to this particular restaurant was not up to the same level as others that I have been to. We went around lunch time but the establishment was not very busy so we were able to be seated right away. The hostess that seated us was polite and friendly. The waitress that served us was also very polite and friendly. We ordered fried pickles as an appetizer and after about 10 minutes of them not showing up a gentleman walked over to our table who I am assuming was a manager of sorts and advised that they had made a mistake and missed the order and were getting it out to us right away and they would be complimentary. That was a very nice surprise. Unfortunately when we got the pickle chips they were more like poker chips. They were overcooked and extremely crunchy. My wife ordered a chicken sandwich with Yukon chips I ordered the chicken tenders and fries. My wife was disappointed with her sandwich, she said that it was very dry and she really thought that Yukon chips were going to be something more than just potato chips. My chicken tenders and fries were overcooked like the pickle chips were. Under normal circumstances I would have brought this to the attention of a manager and requested them to remake the meals but we were running late for another engagement and I didn’t have the extra time to wait. Where we live in Virginia we do not have a Red Robin restaurant so I look forward to being able to go when I am in an area where there is one. I will not let this one experience spoil me from going to another restaurant in another area I just don’t know if I would be back at this one when I happen to be back in the area.

We actually came in the wrong door and was greeted very kindly and sat at the table. The food is very good the people are very friendly and it’s a great atmosphere would definitely recommend this restaurant to families.

This used to be a great place to eat, not sure what happened. My husband and I have tried to eat here a few times recently and no one would even come to our table to get our order. We waited each time for about 10 minutes and received no service. Even when there were plenty of staff and the restaurant was not busy. So we have walked out several times and don’t even feel like trying to go back. So disappointing.

We love Red Robin, but we tend to read reviews and the reviews on this one were not the best. Our love for RR won out and I’m so glad we went. The service was great! The food was, as usual, delicious and we were very happy to made the choice to come.
