I’ve been coming to this establishment since 2021. I requested an alcoholic beverage and got carded (33yr old). This is after waiting 15 min for fries and fondue. The service has gotten slower and slower the more I attend. My fries were over salted. I’m just disappointed on the service here. I won’t be coming again. It was a pleasant experience when my son’s father worked here before he passed. We came here to remember him but this experience was my fed up point.

A burger, fries and a drink for around 20 bucks. The waitress was good, but she seemed to not have any help. That being said, she still did a good job. I asked for medium rare and it came out spot on. Very tastey, very messy. The decor fits the place. Parking lot is inside Valley View so you should find a spot.

Ate at Red Robin while in Roanoke for an event because, well, why not? I have to say I was very impressed with the new menu. Great selection of food from the normal excellent burgers to ribs, shrimp, salmon, and pizza. Everything was so good that we at there Friday and again on Sunday. Service was “less great” on Sunday, but it all depends on the server. Highly recommend. Please give me a reaction if you read this. Thanks!

I ordered the salmon, salad and broccoli for my dinner. The salmon was over cooked to the point where I got tired of chewing, very dry also. The broccoli was under cooked still raw. The only thing edible was the salad I finished but every thing else I couldn’t. Guess I should of gotten the burger which is what Red Robin is famous for.

Visited on a Friday evening and had to wait about 30 minutes for a table for our party of 6. It was to be expected but when we got into the dining area there were several empty tables so maybe we could have been seated earlier.
The food was delicious but it did take quite a while for it to arrive. It appeared that the kitchen was understaffed.
When our did finally arrived, one order was completely wrong, and wasn’t noticed until the server left. It took her a while to check on us again. The server was able to rush the replacement but the rest of us were half done by the time the correct did arrived.
Drink refills were slow, the servers may have been stretched thin as well.
The food was worth it, but I wouldn’t want to deal with this pace of service very often.

First time here for lunch on a very hot day. The restaurant was cool and inviting, but there was a weird smell in the double door entrance. Might have been from the heat. Our server was great at describing some of the burgers and answering all our menu questions. The restaurant was not particularly busy, and the service was timely. The burgers were juicy and delicious. Sweet Potato fries arrived very hot and were crispy, with just the right of salt. The Onion Rings were a big disappointment, as the outer tough rings of the onion had been used, making it impossible to bite through. Service was excellent. A pretty good meal that was a tad expensive for lunch.

The food was amazing and our waitress was beyond amazing for handling our party of 11 tonight. However, the hostess is a different story. When we got there she informed us that it would be an hour for our wait. When she was told that we would wait the woman got an attitude and rolled her eyes. While sitting in the waiting area she was giving us dirty looks constantly. On top of that it is quite disgusting to see someone wiping their nose constantly(which she did) and sneezing. If you are sick go home.

We were seated in the bar, it was very cold from the ac blowing directly on us. Not a fan of that.
I ordered the mai tai cocktail and it was so disgustingly sugary sweet, absolutely impossible to drink.
I know tropical drinks tend to be sweet however there is sweet, and then there is ‘ put the person into a diabetic coma’ sweet.
They need to revamp the recipe.

Food was not good and service wasn’t the greatest either. Im pescatarian. Bold move going here for food but they have vegetarian alternatives and i wanted to give it a try. They put bacon on my veggie burger, and instead of remaking it they just took the bacon right off, which also meant my cheese went with it and still meant there was cross contamination from pork being on my food. I had explained when placing my order that i had dietary restrictions. The lady serving us did not check on us while we were there. Over the course of almost an hour, i spent 30 of it waiting forger to come back for a refill, which didnt happen until we were about ti leave.
