Wow where do I start. As soon as I you enter this restaurant the vibe and energy is so amazing I have been coming here for about a year and a half and never once be disappointed I drive 30mins for the best quality food for the best price & I can’t forget how fast they are with service and food. The assistant manager John is by not far the best energetic , outgoing kindful , respectful person ever. On top of that they have top notch waiters who stay on top of your refills and make sure you are great! I will forever come here till I past I love you Red Robin and the staff 😉

They sat us at a table that was not cleaned and handed us two menus with food on it. I pulled the chair out to sit and it had dirt maybe from a kids shoe or something. But obviously not clean, they sent the manager over and he apologized. He said they had a big party there before. It was a table for 6 so there is no excuse except someone isn’t doing their job. It smelled like poo when you walked in. Like they mopped the floors with the same mop water from the bathrooms. I had 4 kids with me and they were all ewhing and saying gross.

REEEEEEED ROBINNNN YUMMMM!!! This Red Robin specifically is my absolute favorite! My boyfriend and I have been coming here for almost a year straight, eating at this Red Robin AT LEAST once a week! They’re bacon cheeseburgers just make me speechless. They always have great deals and amazing drinks/food. Coming here so much has led me to having a favorite waitress and her name is Becca! She’s the bartender/waitress and she always provides perfect service, a smile, and a great conversation! I would recommend this place even to the people to wouldn’t consider cheeseburgers!!

It has been awhile since I last dined here. Stopped by. A very courteous server greeted me with a warm smile. Ordered a cheeseburger and fries to go. Order was processed quickly. Server took time to make sure my order was correct. Short wait. Staff was great. Cost $17. Loved the burger and fries. Burger just melted in my mouth. Fries were hot. Enjoyed every bite. I am adding this eatery to my favorite burger choices. Worth the price.

It was by far the best experience we have had in a really long time. Erik was our server and he connected with the kids was kind and professional. We will be coming back. I have never had service do fast and a server that was so wonderful. Thank you for the great food and even better service and an extra special thank you to our server Erik!

Finally! A Red Robin that is organized and clean. We were seated pretty quickly and our waitress took care of us immediately. I ordered the Peach-Berry Freckled Lemonade and it was very refreshing! We had pretzel bites and the cheesy mozzarella twists as our appetizers and it was delicious. My husband ordered the Banzai burger and I ordered the Avo-Cobb-O-Salad. I was a little disappointed since there was no avocado in my salad, I should’ve asked our waitress about it but we just had a long day of driving that I didn’t have the energy to ask even though she was very attentive. Regardless, my husband enjoyed his burger and he was very satisfied. We would definitely come back and hopefully they won’t forget the avocados in my salad!

I visited this location last week, and unfortunately did not have a pleasant experience. We arrived before 5:30 and waited 20 minutes for our server to take our order, then waited an additional 30 minutes for 2 meals. The staff is clearly not cross trained nor do wait staff assist each other. Tables sat dirty well after guest left. We watched large tables turn over meanwhile we sat there waiting. Once the food finally arrived, the burger was so greasy the bun fell completely apart. Lastly, this location could use some help!

I used to really like this place.Best fried pickles. But for the third time in 3 weeks. I ordered a plain cheeseburger. And it comes out with lettuce and tomato ALL 3 times.They offered to remake it. But it took too long. I lost my appetite. With higher prices and tips starting at 20%. You would think service would match. What servers need to realize is people work hard to go out to eat. And getting a food order correct is important. Of course they took my burger off the bill. But I believe the whole bill should’ve been taken of. It will be a while before I go back.

We stopped in after not being here for about a year. Unfortunately it was nothing like we remember. It was freezing in the restaurant, the men’s room and dining area floor was filthy, we had to request napkins and silverware, and aside from the appetizers nothing was plated well enough to photograph. Staff was courteous and food tasted good, but the overall visit wasn’t a good experience.
