We were seated quickly and our server was great. The fries had a lot of seasoning, so I didn’t eat very many but my husband enjoyed them. He really liked the Backyard Barbecue Pork Burger (think this is new or seasonal). I had the chicken tender salad with no bacon or croutons. There were a few nasty pieces of lettuce, but the manager addressed it. Overall, a very good dining experience.

We were immediately seated, supplied with the bottomless fries and our waitress was patient with us as we took a while to decide what we wanted to order and I changed my mind about my milkshake and got a cocktail instead, she was prompt and visited and checked on us often. The smashed avocado bacon burger was delicious and the seasoning on the table was scrumptious on the fries. The tropical mai tai was a perfect balance of sweet and strong and came in a cute tiki shaped glass.

It was Veteran’s Day, so we came ready to wait. We were seated immediately in the bar area. A larger table became available and we were moved. We received free burgers and fries. Veggie burgers were available as well.Fries were bottomless, super hot and crispy for every reorder.

Had a great time celebrating a friend’s birthday party, our poor waitress I felt sorry for her being the only one to handle a group that size, but she did a stunning job. And as usual, the food was top-notch.

I was the only one in my group that didn’t get food/drink. They took my order and never brought it out. Finally , I had to stop a wait staff and inquire about my order to cancel it because it was time to leave. Then they said we can still make it to go at no charge and they apologized for it but also we never got the bottomless fries/chips either. Can’t rate the food because it was cold by the time I got home. We will try another location, hopefully they will be better.

Came in on Valentines Day around 7:30. Had a short wait about 10 minutes which we knew it was expected. Got seated close to the entrance. Our server was an older lady whose name began with an L. It took her over 10 minutes to acknowledge we were seated. Finally got drinks ordered and took another 10 minutes to get to us. Finally ordered food and it was almost 30 minutes before our burgers came out. Our server never once came to our table to acknowledge us to see if we wanted any refills or anything. Had to ask one of the hostess if she could get us refills. Got ready to pay, cash of course and it took our server almost 20 minutes to realize we haven’t paid. This was a terrible experience.

The staff is great and very helpful! The food was disappointing. We’ve eaten here plenty of times before so I’m not sure what happened today. We both got chicken and none of it was very flavorful. Not even the hot honey chicken sandwich. The garlic parmesian fries smelled great! But the taste didn’t deliver. Also, today the music was turned up louder than normal which made it harder to just talk.

This was the first time eating there. We didn’t have to wait long on a Sunday afternoon either. Once we got seated our friendly waiter took our order. Food arrived less than 30 minutes and it was hot and delicious. I had the cheese burger with bacon and also steak fries. That was very good and the bacon was just the way I like it, a crispy texture but not fried hard. The burger was very juicy and not dry. The steak fries had a light crunch as well. My daughter had a huge beyond meat burger that was delicious to her and also tender and juicy. Also, my other daughter had a turkey club filled with so much fresh veggies. The freckle lemonade was amazing. The fries and lemonade was unlimited so I had to get s refill. You will not be disappointed for the dishes we had.

We try to be honest when we apply our opinion to the public. This restaurant was not what it could be. And for some reason it seems to be lacking in all three areas across the states. There was nothing gourmet about our food. The lady was older and had a lot of tables. So I understand why she forgot things or didn’t have the time to bring them. The whole place was dirty. And the food was ok tasting but the quality and presentation was terrible.
