This Red Robin was surely a better experience than what we had a year ago in Towson. That was a nightmare, this was like a good dream. Our server was amazing, and the food was great. Even though you have to go up steps to get to the dining room, they do have a wheelchair lift, so it is handicapped accessible.

This was my first visit, and though they were temporarily short staffed, there was no shorts when it came to service. Bravo! One woman seated everyone, took all of the orders, and brought out drinks with no extended wait. She was also attentive to everyone! The bathroom was clean with a true wheelchair accessible stall and sink. My only complaint is that all of the bathroom doors do not have the purse or coat hook and all of the dispensers did not have soap. My fish tasted like it was fried frozen fish, but I did enjoy my steak fries. My strawberry milkshake wasn’t that great either. I did enjoy the bottomless sides and the atmosphere. I did not feel like I was at the mall. Overall, awesome and I do mean for the service!

When ever I go here it’s usually great food, and great service, though last time I went I don’t know if the waitress had a bad day but even so she did her job diligently and swiftly.
The buggers also appeared to be smaller than I remember, and sadly they removed my favorite from the menu. But other than that the food was as delicious as always.

Burger was on point, juicy and bursting with flavor. Truly was wonderful meal, left my belly nice and satisfied for sure, another favorite burger world.

My experience;
1- Place: Regular
2-Customer service: great. If I could remember, his name is Steven. I really enjoyed the time there, because the great service he provided.
3-Food: I didn’t know they have a soda called “Shirley Temple” The entree, onion rings (I forgot to take a picture) I got a delicious burger “Southern Charm” it was very good to me, all the flavors in there were amazing. Sweet enough to enjoy it.
4-Price: reasonable. Fair

I have always liked this place but the service was terrible today. Maybe they were over worked. I still tipped a reasonable amount but we had to repeat the items that we still needed several times. Needed a knife to cut up food for my grandson. We asked for a refill for his milk. We struggled to get a box for our leftovers. It wasn’t a pleasant experience. The food was ok.

I placed an online order for the Banzai Burger and requested extra fries. The “extra” fries was a joke because there was at best 10-15 fries in the container. There was more plastic visible than food. Bottomless fries are standard when dining in and should be no different when ordering carry-out. It was so insulting that I didn’t want them and gave the fries to my husband. The online platform defaults to giving a 20% tip, so thankful I caught that and selected no tip. My intention was to give a tip when I arrived but my order was not ready at the time promised so I had to wait. No explanation or apology so bye-bye tip.

I used to eat at the Red Robin in Germantown, MD often and loved it. So I figured why not give this location a try…Huge mistake! When my son and I entered the location my FIRST WARNING sign was there was no one working the front. We stood there waiting for a hostess for 5-10 minutes. A waitress walked by and I stopped her to ask if we had to seat ourselves and she replied “no, give her a minute to get someone”. I guess she didn’t find anyone because she returned to seat us. The SECOND WARNING sign was when I ordered iced tea and it somehow tasted “dirty” or just “wrong”. I sent it back and got a ginger ale. I ordered a chicken sandwich and asked for no salt on my fries. The picture below is the “fresh salt free fries” that were brought to me. Those fries are mushy, greasy and just bad looking. I sent them back and asked for fresh fries and was given another plate of the same. I told the waitress to disregard the fries, I wasn’t going to eat any. I asked for a side salad and sent it right back because half the lettuce was brown.
I know this is not considered a 5 star restaurant but no matter what it is, pride should go into what is served. I never experienced this in the Germantown location so I won’t say the restaurant chain is horrible but this particular location is! I will not go back there.

I will not be returning to this establishment. Wait staff was less than desirable. The restaurant was dirty. It was not busy and tables sat loaded with dishes and trash. First sat in a booth next to the window which was thick with grime and smeared food. Mybtoddler spilled a drink. Instead of cleaningvwe were moved to another table and it was still not cleaned up when we asked for our check. When the food did arrive my daughter’s corn dogs were way over cooked and had burn marks. It was almost impossible to get a refill. As two adults who worked restaurants most of our lives it was a complete disappointment.
