My little cousin was celebrating a milestone and he loves to eat at Red Robin. It was a party of 12, I called in 30 mins before arriving. They accommodated us will great seating. The only problem was the waitress had to serve alone and it became somewhat overwhelming! She did well for the lack of help, I will say! The food was ok and the atmosphere was nice but more team play is needed for a large party

I generally enjoy Red Robin restaurants, but I made a mistake this time. I ordered fish and chips, despite knowing Red Robin is famous for its gourmet burgers. The fish and chips arrived, but the fish tasted bland. The manager let me re-order a burger, which I should have done in the first place. The burger was delicious! I’ll still be a customer at Red Robin, but next time, I’ll stick to their burgers!

We were at the restaurant on January 18th around 2:30 pm. A group of 14 people. Since the moment we walked in, the host worked on getting a table ready for us, literally in less than 3–4 minutes. Our waitress was very patient and great with us. We celebrated a birthday, and the whole team came to sing. The food was great, and the service made our lunch a very relaxed and enjoyable one. Thanks. I don’t know the names, but I hope with the date and time info the right employees can be recognized.

My wife and I ordered burger fries, and two tropical drinks. You had an amazing experience with Ally. She totally went above and beyond to make certain that we were comfortable and had everything that we needed. If I could give 10 stars, I would give it to her. I couldn’t take pictures of the food because it was gone so fast. lol

Food was decent but not anything like it used to be. Burgers are small fries were cold. No offer of a refill or hot fries. Waitress was excellent. They were having an issue with their flooring. Had to be careful you didn’t trip on the carpet.

In general, most Red Robin restaurants are really good. Love the food, prices ok, staff friendly and pay attention to their customers. However, the last few times I’ve went to this particular Red Robin, it just seems like it’s going down hill. I see Red Robin going the way of “Don Pablo’s”. The Red Robin chain right now is having a promotion “the Yum Deal”. This location chose to opt out of this promotion. I’m sure half of their customers just feel ‘obligated’ to stay, once the wait staff tells them, “No, sorry, this location opt out of that special.” In addition to this, like like they’ve raised their prices and got rid of the lower cost burgers “the Tavern Burgers”. To be fair, I’m sure all of the locations have these menu changes. In addition, the wait staff at this location was very slow, and didn’t seem to care about the customers. We had empty plates piling up on our table, all of us were waiting for refills on our drinks (which was just water). Finally, someone in our group, stood up and walked around looking for a waiter, to request more waters. Another 10 minutes goes by before our waiter came back and asked if we wanted more drinks – and we said yes and refills on salads and fries…. Anyway so sad this location is going down hill…I see it closing within the next 4-5 years of they don’t change

I have been going to Red Robin most of my life and this is the first time I was charged to lettuce wrap my burger. That is absolutely insane. Charged $1.50 for 2 little pieces of lettuce to wrap my burger. My wife got a gluten free bun for $2.50 so a GF bun is only $1 more than 2 pieces of lettuce. Gonna think long and hard before coming here again.

We ordered the Classic cheeseburger, and the kids chicken fingers. And here’s the best part. Both was served with unlimited steak fries. I also ordered a tropical margarita. It was tasty. The service was fast. This location is never too crowded. The atmosphere was calm. It could be updated a bit. When leaving I realized a patio. Next time we will sit out there for the experience. I think the floors had carpet on it. But over all, good experience.

Had a great experience at Red Robin taking my daughter. The food was great, the service was excellent, and Zoe was especially wonderful with my daughter — patient, friendly, and made the visit really enjoyable for us. We’ll definitely be back.
