I had a tase for their burger with the steak fries. It’s really good. Got to add the bacon. Customer service is exceptional & the food is always on point. Been coming here for years when I roll to Queens NY.
Place has plenty of food options they’re fast & efficient.

We’ve gone to Red Robin for years and this last visit was typical the food was good. The wait was reasonable. The biggest disappointment was our waiter was constantly disappearing and we were the only ones in the restaurant. At one point I look towards the bar and they were having at least a 6 minute conversation with a friend and the bartender.

Very disappointed with this visit. Frequently traveling this area and we are looking for a go to restaurant, well this is not it! Been to others in the chain and it was a far better experience. They have traditional wings on the menu for 16.99. I asked the server if it was for a dozen and she said that she wasn’t sure but thinks so. The order came and it was 8! On top of it, they were terrible. Certainly not “traditional wings”. They were breaded and small. Sitting on top of a few potato chips. My wife got the “bottomless” salad and kids had the fries with their burgers. It’s completely a scam since the server never came around one time to check on us. Each burger came with 6-8 fries. So disappointed, definitely will not be returning. Awful service for an empty restaurant. Beers took forever as I watched them sit on the bar getting warm. The onion ring tower looked great but was room temp.

Came for a quick lunch after shopping. Got seated right away. Our service was excellent and fast, and our server was Kristin. The fries were a little greasy, but overall, the food was great. Will definitely be eating here again!

I now understand why so many restaurants are closing. First of all, this location could use a good scrub down. Or at least clean the dividing windows once in a while. They’re over-staffed yet service is slow. We watched the food for our table and another’s come up. Everyone just walks by it, looks and keeps going. Where was our server? Good question. Again NOT BUSY. Christmas-Eve, 4 servers and 7 tables of people. Finally got out meal, fries were cold – told server, just looked at us – no offer to replace. Took another 5+ minutes for the other table to get theirs. After 15 minutes sitting out. Ordered bottomless fries. Finished entire meal and were never asked it we wanted more. For the price of the food, and the mediocre service – we will not be back. Red Robin used to be really good, such a shame.

Took awhile to get a table for 4 people. The people who was seating people had an attitude. Server was extremely busy all over the restraunt. The keios on the table was switched from another table. When I paid i ended up paying for someone else bill but the manager was able to fix the issue. Then I was able to pay for mine. Food was fresh and hot. Server was friendly. She kept making sure we had plenty of drinks and we’re good.

We had the burger with the beer cheese, garlic fries, shakes, and chicken wings. All fantastic. Staff was amazing.
Tried various eateries in the area and things didn’t go great at others, and wasn’t feeling great for that and other reasons. Red Robin really was amazing and we badly needed our day to go well. We really appreciate the amazing food and service. I know it’s cheesy to say, but this meal did so much to help us in more ways than one. Thank you, thank you!

This is an update! My wife and I are celebrating our 51st anniversary today and we decided to go out for dinner. Now understand, money wasn’t an object, so I asked my wife to pick any establishment she would like to dine at (For our 50th anniversary we spent about $400.00 dollars at “Top Cuts” located in the Saucon Valley Promenade, Lehigh Valley, PA). Where did she choose? Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews, 125 Wilderness Trail Toad, Hamburg,PA!
It was a great choice, the service, provided by Abbey C. and Bar Tender: James W. Made the experience fun and enjoyable! We had our Onion Ring Short Stack within minutes followed by our burger selections in no time flat. I had the “Monster Double Stack” and my wife had the “Smashed Avocado Burger”. We both agreed they were the right fit for each of us and left feeling Full Filled!
Wait a minute, I forgot the perfect compliment to the meal, “The Bottomless Garlic Fries” with extra garlic of course!
As I reported in my first RRGBaB review, my first RR dining experience took place while attending a 1987 Heavy Metal recording session in Redmond, WA. The Producer’s wife took me there for lunch (they wanted me out of the studio; I was too opinionated ) and I became an immediate fan! It took quite a while for the brand to make its way to the East Coast, but I have been super appreciative of their fare! Always a winner! Thanks again to Abbey and James, you make it fun to frequent RRGBaB! Check out their video in the picture gallery!

The music was a bit louder than normal but the waitresses were super nice and professional. The burgers were delicious The onions on the blue cheese burger made the meal taste sweet and the endless salads were yummy. I really enjoyed the jalapeño heatwave burger with the crunchy jalapeños and avocado. The scorpion burger had a nice kick too if you like spicy food.
