Very friendly service, but we ordered the triple yum appetizer and people who came 10 minutes after us seem to have got the same one, and got it 5 minutes before us. Top it off with being served with crummy black dishwater plates.

Michael was our server tonight and he was superb! Extremely attentive and fast friendly service. For a family with hungry kids this made our experience smooth and enjoyable for everyone. We will definitely be back and hope we’re in his section again.

They are pairing sincere hospitality with great burger and chicken offerings, what’s not to love! This was a great way to start the year. I had the salmon with garlic broccoli and their steak fries with the bomb homemade ranch and bacon fondue on top; my girlfriend had the Avocado and Grilled Chicken Cobb Salad, which looked super fancy with all the ingredients spiraling around the plate. Our kids are monsters, so they split a monster burger, some chicken tenders and Mac and cheese, and they all got milkshakes! Only issue is I wish that they had a sign out on N. Oxford Valley Road so I knew they were back there sooner; we will be back for sure!

Went here on the fouth of July and had a great experience. Food was delicious and waiter was awesome! You can see the Sesame Place fireworks perfect from their lot after your meal. Beware that they do not do call ahead. I spoke with someone over the phone taking my name and said I was on a list. The host said they dont do that. So I’m guessing the AI system transfered me to a call center.

Came on a Wednesday at 3pm. It was pretty dead so I wanted to have a nice, relaxing lunch with my boyfriend and son. Food was good as always but the service was rushed and very rude. BF was looking for the drink options and instead of showing us where they were, the waitress took me and my son’s drink order and left. Then when she took our food orders, I was still looking through to see what appetizers they had and the waitress said “I’ll take your menu” and took it. Not sure what the rush is but I won’t be returning. It was awkward.

Stopped in around dinner time on 1/28. We had Michael as our server and he was fantastic!! Overall great service and incredibly polite! Servers like him are what brings costumers back:)

Had a great time and a great meal. It was a little busy so we had to wait a bit on our refills for unlimited sides, but who can complain about unlimited sides? Kids meals 5-7$ including a bottomless drink and a bottomless side kept everyone happy. So many good burger choices. Thanks for having us.

Extremely disappointed with my experience last night. I went with my family to celebrate my birthday and planned to use my birthday burger reward. The day before, I spoke with a manager who confirmed I could redeem it as long as I arrived before 5:00 PM the next day. We came within that timeframe, but when we got there, I was told I could not use it because that manager had already left and the staff would not honor what I had been told. That inconsistency was very frustrating.
To make matters worse, my cousin also had a birthday burger reward, and because he used his, my grandmother was told she could not order the $10 burger promotion because they would not allow “stacking deals.” A birthday reward should not be treated the same as stacking discounts — it’s supposed to be a loyalty perk.
I do want to note that our server was polite and did a good job — this review is not about the table service, but about management decisions and policy handling. We visit often because of the nearby attractions, but this experience really changed how we view this location. I hope they improve how they communicate and honor rewards in the future.

It was not busy when we got there around 9pm. I had the monster burger and my boyfriend got the scorpion which was really good. Great place to get a good burger. It has a nice bar and we did get a passion fruit mojito which was also really good! Definitely a good place for a nice date night
