I came here last week after taking my grandmother shopping. She was craving a milkshake. She got the scorpion burger and I got the southern charm burger (pictured below). We also got the bacon cheesy fondue (which I recommend) for our chips and fries. Our server Brandon was topnotch.

We recently visited this Red Robin and had a good experience with both the service and food. We ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and the bacon cheeseburger with bottomless fries. What makes the burger so good is the fresh burger buns with crispy bacon and a very good patty. Adding the Red Robin special spice just tops this burger off to very very good. The fries are excellent too especially with the spice. I like how our waitress did ask us if we wanted more fries to remind us of the free refills. The strawberry lemonade is very good too. Overall a good experience with good food and service.

Great fast paced fun atmosphere. I’m always nervous about chain restaurants that claim to serve “Gourmet Burgers”, but I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely Gourmet burgers, and killer appetizers! The drink menu is extensive, and good. Definitely going again!

The staff at this location is amazing! Warm welcome upon entering, and the good service continued with our waiter. The food was delicious, I highly recommend this place. A great atmosphere!

Had a great time and a great meal. It was a little busy so we had to wait a bit on our refills for unlimited sides, but who can complain about unlimited sides? Kids meals 5-7$ including a bottomless drink and a bottomless side kept everyone happy. So many good burger choices. Thanks for having us.

Found hair in cooked into my cheese on the burger . They remade it but everything took forever. Chef in semi open kitchen had a beard with no net so yum… overall dirty

Service was a little slow to get a waiter assigned to our table. Two of our orders did get messed up where we asked for one thing, but got another. I felt that the chef needs to do better, can’t blame the waiter for the food quality.

The hostess seemed putout that I didn’t want to sit at the bar which required her to walk me to a table. Of course she placed me immediately next to the kitchen entrance and the drink station the wait staff uses. Better known as the worst table she had to offer. There were plenty of other tables available in better locations in the dining area.

Our server was great however the cook got some of the orders wrong. Burgers a little red on inside. Got fried pickles and they looked like they were from the ones they laid in the bottom of the fryer and kept getting fried. He did take them back and got a new order. Unfortunately they ran out of breaded chicken sandwich so got tenders instead. Good breading. Love the mizz sticks with a twist!

Food always good and server was fantastic. The host though… he said it was gonna be a 15 minute wait, asked for my name and number and my party sat in the waiting area. 30 minutes later of waiting and we asked what was going on and found out they never put our name down. My blind and autistic brother was uncomfortable and unhappy.
