What you should expect from a Red Robin. Large footprint at a shopping plaza. It was busier than expected so drinks took a bit from the bar. Service otherwise was great. Food cooked to order and fresh. The salad had multiple alterations and came out perfect. The birthday girl was happy with sunday but not song…lol. Worth the stop.

We love to go on kids night. Which is normally fairly busy.
Service was fine in the beginning when we ordered but when I asked for a refill on fries it took 20 minutes and the waitress admitted she forgot about us. It then took another 20 minutes and me walking to the front desk to get the check and cash out. It wasn’t that the waitress was too busy. She just forgot about us because our table was outside of her section. I was so frustrated that they wasted 40 minutes of my night on a school night.

Lots of burger choices! Like can customize cheeses even when not listed on menu…and bottomless sides and drinks!
Best are the Big Yumm combo and birthday rewards. Monster burger is a big beast to take down.

Visited this location last night and was disheartened. Firstly, we got fried pickles and they were so overdone the pickles were hard and shriveled. Soaked in grease. Overly salty. I dont remember them being that way.
I ordered the whisky river BBQ with a lettuce wrap bun and was given a few shriveled pieces of lettuce on top and bottom of it. In prior days I remember it being surrounded by lots of lettuce and easy to eat, in a nice wrapper. The management explained they dont make them that way anymore. The wedgie burger is still on the menu and thats what Ive always adapted when asking for the lettuce wrap on my burgers.
The size of the burgers were smaller than remembered – my husband was not impressed with how thin and dry his was.
Overall not somewhere we will be looking forward to going to.

I ordered fish and chips with what I thought were bottomless onion ring, my Dad ordered ribs with bottomless garlic fries. When I asked the waitress for more onions rings. She informed me they weren’t bottomless. She then offered to bring more fries. I accepted , then realized she charged for them when the bill came. The garlic fries were awesome though. The fish was chewy and tasteless. The onion rings were battered a bit much but very tasty. Dad loved his ribs. I tasted one, they were pretty good. Other than those issues it was a great atmosphere and friendly enough service. Most likely I will return to this location. I also recommend it.

Absolutely terrible visit I’m so tired of this restaurant it’ll be the last time I visit. Last couple times the takeout curbside has been a waste of my money. Burger buns are always soggy. Food is not good. And check out how many fries they give you. Is that 6? Maybe 7? For how much you pay you think they could throw some more fries in! $70 for 3 burgers and a wrap. What an absolute joke. I won’t be coming back here. I’m so tired of spending my money at these restaurants that constantly show they do not care. And then on top of that you order online, pay online, drive there, call them, and they ask for a tip. A tip for what? 6 1/2 fries? Never again

Went to red robin for new years eve. Our waitress was amazing and fast with our food and drinks. I ordered the Ragin Cajun chicken sandwich, boneless chicken with island heat, bottomless rootbeer float, orange cream smoothie, and burns end BBQ and bacon burger. Everything was delicious!!!!

I ordered the Smoke & Pepper burger and it was cooked the way I had ordered it. The burger initially had very little S&P ketchup on it so I requested more on the side. Very good overall.
Service was sort of slow but there was a decent amount of people there at dinner time.
This is one of my favorite restaurants to come to when I’m in the mood for a burger. There are various ones to choose from so there is something for everyone. I also like that you can pick a bottomless side with your meal.

Tables around us had dirty dishes on them. Had to wait what felt like 10 min for my drink order and which was placed with the food order. then when placed the food order felt it took over 30 min. The server only seamed like she kept checking on the table behind us and did not check on us to see if we wanted extra fries or our drinks filled or how was the burger was. Plus when I placed my order did not have any shrimp at all. I will not be returning at all.
