Stopped by with my Mom for a nice lunch together, and got greeted + seated quickly. Lunch was delish with fresh and hot chicken sandwiches (which were large!), fries, and tasty cinnamon doh! rings. Super kind staff and quick service that didn’t feel rushed.

Our food tasted great. We got everything we ordered in a decent amount of time. What gives them 5 starts was we left without our left overs. We got a couple minutes down the road and turned around. Of course our table was cleared before we got back. The manager Ruthie quickly had our left overs remade for us to go. It was our fault for leaving them but she took care of us. Honestly, I paid $10 for a drink, decent sized burger, and bottomless French fries. That beats fast food any day.

Horrible service is an understatement. Hey Red Robin!! If you advertise endless fries maybe make enough so you can supply just that. ENDLESS!!. Asked useless waiter and he was like a robot with his response “I asked at the window sorry”. Literally took 1.5 hours for chicken fingers and a cheeseburger. Oh and I almost forgot. Tell your bus boys bending over with there crack out isn’t the best for a restaurant..The owner of this location should be ashamed of themselves. I can only hope that the hard working people spend their money and restaurants who actually deserve it. Shame on you!!

My burger was served burnt to a crisp. The server was nice but whoever prepared the food should be ashamed of themselves for trying to serve such garbage to a customer. My food was remade and tasted good but this location has been consistently sub par.
I will go elsewhere in the future. Not a good choice.
We had the worst dining experience we have ever had at Red Robin. The server was inattentive. Didn’t check on our table for long periods of time. Had to get someone else to send our server to the table to refill our drinks. Our food was served cold. We got about ten fries on each plate. We ordered refills for our fries but they never made it to our table. I didn’t see anyone who resembled a manager to complain to about the terrible service. I no longer recommend this Red Robin location

Tonight we arrived at 8:10 pm – closing was not til 10. When we asked for a table of 5 one of staff responded with Damn ! He was apparently annoyed cause he wanted to leave . Once we were seated this same staff person circled the table multiple times. He then proceeded to vacuum the whole area while we were eating appetizers. He said the quicker he vacuums the quicker he is out of there. I understand if it was close to closing but closing was technically an hour and a half a way . The food came and fries were freezing . I really never post negative reviews but others should be aware of what to expect .

Had a great time. We were seated at one of their busiest times, so getting our food was taking a little longer than usual. Our server, Kailani, kept checking on us and letting us know what our order status was. Even taking longer, we felt like we were getting great service. Thank you.

Decent burger options. Some beers are on tap to wash the food down. The endless fries option is a scam. The wait for extra fries was too too long on our visit.
Service was adequate unless it was during the end of the movies in the next door theatre.

Ordered curbside. Called in to let them know I arrived. They said they’d bring food out as soon as it was ready. Tenty minutes after the scheduled pick up time I called again and asked for a manager. He brought my food right out. I asked if my foodwas sitting in there getting cold all this time and he said no it was under a heat lamp. Great, they put my salads under the heat lamp. Got home burger and fries in bottom of bag were cold. Fries were soggy. My cobb salad was wilted with grown avacados and rotting lettuce in the bottom half. Side salad also had rotting lettuce and mushy cuckes that were supposed to be left off per the order I placed. Salads went in the trash. My husband ate his burger cold. What a waste of time and money.

I visit this Red Robin about once or twice a month, usually with a friend for the Tuesday $10 burger deal, which is fantastic. I’ve gone at different times of day, and one thing that always stands out is how clean the restaurant is—honestly cleaner than most places, including the bathrooms (a huge win since that’s often overlooked elsewhere).
The burgers are consistently great. I can’t think of a time I’ve been disappointed, and the quality is always what I expect. The fries, however, are hit-or-miss. More often than not, they arrive cold or room temperature with the meal, though my second basket usually comes out fresh.
Where this location falls a bit short is in service. I’ve never had a bad experience, but the inconsistency can be frustrating. Some visits, the servers are excellent—refills are prompt, requests for extra sauce or fries are met without issue, and the overall experience feels smooth. Other times, service is noticeably slower, and I end up waiting for attention or spending much longer at the table than expected. I’ve had visits that lasted just 30–40 minutes and others that stretched to over an hour and a half.
I understand things can vary day to day, but a little more consistency would make a big difference. That said, this is still my go-to spot for casual dining, and I’d recommend it over other local competition.

I went out with my family and it took 20 minutes for someone to great us at our table the the server was friendly. However, long wait for food. If you have young children, I recommend that you bring in activity for them to do for the long wait or you go to a different place.
