Service was prompt and pleasant.
Food was prompt, warm and accurate. Fries were over salted and bitter but I’m sure I can ask for unsalted next time.
Restaurant was clean and well maintained.
Server actually asked me about loyalty program which I find to be so rare with most restaurants.
Value unbeaten. Double stack cheeseburger w bottomless fries and bottomless beverage for 9.99 has no competition in a sit down restaurant.

On a second visit: I ordered a wrap w/extra onion strings. Sweet potato fries as my side. This added up to $9 in extra charges. 2.99 for each. This was $4 short of the cost of the wrap itself. A bit eccentric in my opinion. Really soured my taste. No warning of the extra charges. I expect them for upgrading my side to a “premium side” not for a couple of onion strings.

Well looks like my experience was like many others judging by the reveiws. I waited 50 minutes for 1 kids burger, 1 adult burger and a Trio appetizer. When they finally brought the food they didn’t bring any fries they said they were waiting on them. We arrived at 6:30 pm and got our food at 7:25pm, the place was empty and just by listening to another family that arrived before my family they also had been waiting awhile. My Trio was cold and felt like it was lacking in the abundance category, you be the judge look at the picture uploaded with this review. Burnt pretzels and not very many. The picture in the menu is very deceiving. The manager seemed to be out of the loop on what is going on with his restaurant. The servers did not apologize or try to offer to comp anything. My wife does not like to complain or make a seen so for her sake I paid and left. This is the reason for my review. I do not recommend eating here. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Hey but they did offer my kid some stickers. I told them no thanks.

I’m not normally one to even leave a review but the service was so poor I felt the need to share. There was trash and old plates from customers I hadn’t even seen all over the bar. That would have been okay if maybe they were busy. But the bar tender was so busy texting and talking to others she never made me a second drink, even after I specifically asked for another when I got my food! My burger came out well done I asked for medium rare and the first batch of fries were cold.
Atleast they respected the gluten free, and another server ended up bringing me my food cause the bar tender was Mia….. again.
My bar tenders name was Michka.

You offer bottomless fries? This is a to go order. Do you think this is even worth it? I don’t complain, but this is down right the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. McDonald’s takes more pride than you people do.

Been here twice, won’t come back again. First time we were here they seated us in the bar section in a booth. The server was very friendly but she was a terrible server. Drinks empty for extended periods of time, orders came out wrong, took forever to get extra napkins and condiments. The condiments were ordered WITH the food and I still didn’t get them until my burger was half gone! We decided to try again this past weekend. Seated on the bar side again, the service was actually pretty good until the end. I needed a drink refill and I couldn’t locate our server. There was now a different girl working in the bar. It appeared as though she was cleaning up. It was getting close to closing time. Another girl, I’m assuming a hostess, walked past and I asked her if she could please get our server. I physically watched her talk to the girl behind the bar who was cleaning. Then the hostess came back and said “I’m sorry your server left. She was cut.” I said well hang on a second, I’d like a refill on my drink. She looked irritated and walked back to the girl behind the bar. Eventually the girl behind the bar came out and refilled my drink. She was nice but seemed like she really didn’t want to be bothered since she wasn’t our server. Terrible customer service, I won’t come back here!

Went to Red Robins for their burgers and bottomless drinks and fries. I went with a friend.
We both got their bacon and bleu burgers. He got garlic parmesan fries I got the steak fries and decaf coffee, just cause it’s cold. They do have great decaf.
The food was very good, the service was fast. The server, a nice young lady Emma, however, was the star. She was attentive, she was friendly and genuine. She did not skip a beat with the service she provided. Whenever I go back to Red Robins, I’ll specifically request to be seated in her area. She was also running the bar. My friend and I were impressed by her energy and her attentiveness.

Why do you offer bottomless fries and make the guest wait 30 minutes for more? You only give 7 fries with each meal, so you know their gonna be gone in like 1 minute, then wait 30 minutes for more. Figure this out Red Robin.
No silverware to eat with, my son ate his coleslaw with his fingers.
Server was sweet, but not sure when we will be back.
I suggest taking the bottomless fries off the menu and just give people a normal portion if your going to be cheap. And telling people they are in the fryer for 20 minutes is just dishonest. Potatoes are litterally the cheapest food item to make!!

Decided to go with the ribs and shrimp combo, the ribs was not falling off the bone, but they did have a good taste and the service was excellent and it is a really nice place

This was our first time at this loaction. Inside was clean and looked very well maintained. we had the burnt end fries, bansai burger , and Scorpion Burger. the food was excellent, especially the fries. i love the seasoning on the fries. overall a great experience. Our server, Joe, was great. The person that brought out our appetizer could have been nicer. And could have brought us small plates to eat on. But again, overall great, definitely will be back.
