We love Red Robin! My favorite restaurant! I always get the Crispy Chicken Salad and it never disappoints. Our waitress, Jammie, was WONDERFUL and brought us lots of unlimited french fries. We’ll always come back to this location! ❤️

First time visit to this location and definitely the last . We ordered hot wings as an appetizer, never got any silverware, had to ask another waitress because we couldn’t get our waitresses attention, to be told they had to wait on them to be washed! So by the time we got to eat them they were cold. Next issue was eating salty food while our drinks were empty and again no sign of our waitress, food comes out with yet again cold burgers . Finally the waitresses came out and refilled the drinks after about 20 min . I mean she was nice and it was busy so we still left a good tip. But the point is I have never been to a Red Robins that had terrible food like this one did. On a brighter note the staff was really nice especially when walking in to be seated, but I’d never take my family to this one again even if it were free . $128.00 dollars wasted but we live and we learn.

We had a great experience at red Robin today. The food was delicious, and the server and service was really good. The manager came to check on us and gave us a free appetizer or dessert card since it was our first visit to that location. We felt they really believed in customer service.

Waitstaff was fine, not overly attentive nor absent. I ordered fried shrimp & fish duo, they were a little overcooked. The broccoli seemed cooked then browned on the flat top which made it dry and over cooked. One thing that got me was they only give you a fork with entrees unless you get a burger. No spoon, no knife. I understand cutting costs but this seemed ridiculous especially since the waiter didn’t stop by frequently enough for me to be able to request a knife to eat without it getting cold. Unfortunately I would not recommend nor will I ever eat at a Red Robin again. So many better places that actually care about the food and customers. This chain is just disappointing to me. Yes I understand its a “burger place” but if you’re going to offer fish, shrimp, chicken, then make it all good.

Very nice place with very friendly and professional wait staff. The only reason for the 4 stars is that the Long Island ice tea I ordered was terrible. I don’t know if it had to much lemon in it (didn’t know why) or to much Triple sec. That’s the first time that I got one that I really couldn’t drink. Also the onion rings I got were a bit over cooked. When I picked one up and took a bite all the breading fell off and I was holding just a piece of onion. At least they used whole onion s and not the processed bits. We don’t get down that way often and there is a lot of other places to try before they get another chance. That’s a shame.

Our server Sarah was great. She was very attentive and helpful, with great people skills. Our food was very good and well portioned. There’s a wide variety of bottomless sides. As a rewards member I received a complimentary milk shake and the size of it was equal to the amount of 2 shakes. It was very cold and refreshing! The restaurant was clean with an inviting, laid back atmosphere.
