This location is our favorite place to dine in! We’ve had several great servers. We always order their Raspberry and Dr. Pepper Cream Soda. However, they just changed the menu about a couple weeks ago and replaced the cream with fizzy soda. The Raspberry Fizzy Soda tastes identical to the cream soda.They also replaced the Tsunami Shrimp, which was another favorite appetizer/entree of mine.
I have a photo of the shrimp below and the fizzy sodas; Wild Raspberry, Coconut Coca-Cola and Dragon Fruit. There’s a photo of the Orange Cream Soda, new Bacon N’ Bleu, Zucchini Fries, and Monster burger. Highly recommend their boneless wings and their cauliflower crust pizza for those with gluten intolerance! Only issue we’ve had recently when dinning as a group of 6, was the tablets at the table all kept shutting down on us. We tried to pay twice on 2 different tablets at our table and were given a third, that finally worked. However, even though I signed into my account before paying I didn’t receive any rewards for a bill over $100.

Super disappointed in RedRobin. I ordered boneless wings and they came back ABSOLUTELY RAW. They were small enough where you can eat them one bite but little did I know after having 6 of them my whole meal was RAW. I called in and was told that it was the cooks first day and they’ll handle it and sent me a $15 gift card. A gift card isn’t gonna help the 2 days and night where I was up sick from both ends. A gift card isn’t gonna pay me for the 2 days I missed for work trying to provide for my newly family. This is absolutely disappointing that this is all they can do for me. Even more flabbergasted that they have food coming out this raw with no care in the world. I wish 0 stars was a thing for reviews! They need the health department to come in and seen what’s going on!

This Red Robin has definitely went downhill with its customer service, between inadequate service, just being stared at by the host, not a single smile or friendly small talk. Just frowns and barely audible monotone “hi”. Then the host looking around not knowing what’s going on should have already told us all we need to know. A second person comes to the front, we had requested a booth, they said it would be an hour wait or for a half booth 20 minutes. We opted in to waiting for the half booth. Waited the 25 minutes, got the text that the table we secondly REQUESTED and were told they would send a message out that it’s ready, was ready. They take us in and take us to a table we said would not work due to having to nurse our baby, we asked about the table as to which the other people hadn’t left although they were done, that’s fine, there were at least 12 BOOTHS all in working areas as well as four spots that were half booths open, we could have went to the one next to the people that hadn’t left. We got offered a closed off room in the women’s bathroom, which is nice for those that want that option but I’m not taking my baby in a bathroom to nurse regardless. We will take our business to a different location the next time we want to dine in at a Red Robin. We know the food is great, but the customer service sucks.

Our server was attentive most of the time since the restaurant was busy.
The atmosphere has a nice touch to it. Great artwork and decor all around.
We recommend their gluten-free, cauliflower pepperoni pizza. The
Dr. Pepper vanilla cream soda and Raspberry cream sodas are delicious with free refills.

I really wanted to like this place, but the experience was derailed by something so basic it’s honestly baffling: there were no condiments on the table. No salt. No pepper. No ketchup. Not even a sad little shaker in sight.
I ordered food that clearly benefits from seasoning, and instead of just… eating like a normal human, I had to flag someone down and ask for essentials that should already be there. It’s 2026 — why am I negotiating for salt?
That said, Kevin, our waiter, was the absolute highlight of the night. He was attentive, friendly, patient, and handled my condiment frustration with total professionalism and grace. If service alone determined ratings, Kevin would get five stars without hesitation. He genuinely made the experience better and deserves major credit.
Unfortunately, great service can only do so much when the table setup feels unfinished and oddly stingy. Stock the basics. Trust your guests with salt and ketchup. And give Kevin a raise while you’re at it.

Our waitress was awesome! We had 12 in our party. She knew what she needed to do and we rolled with it. She took accurate orders, food was served hot and quick even though it was a busy Saturday night. Some attention could be given to the women’s bathroom but our waitress made this visit. Nadine is her name I think!!

I go every once in a while for their fries, wanted to share a rare fry i got a while back that was giant, twice as thick as a normal fry and longer too. Burgers are good and service is mostly quick. Refills on fries are always very quick or slow, when theyre slow they always come out hot and fresh which can make up for the wait.

Always a better choice than McDonald’s as the burgers have flavor and care but that’s about it. I sat at a table that I was waiting for it to fall off. I’ve also had a few burgers here that have been solid like the BBQ whisky and I belived it is named Bonsai, but this time I tried a new one.the flavors are usually well but I belive the sauce was overwhelming. But once you find what you like its not a bad place to stop after seeing a movie. Fries are stake fries so depending on your preference of cut they where not the worst ones ive had or the best.
