This review is a personal problem I had with Dawn the hostess. I in no way want to interfere with the buisness because there is some good employees in this restaurant who make a living off this job. The food was good. The server was good. But seriously the approach the hostess had was handled very wrong. Even if she had thought she had a point, the approach was just horribly executed. I’m done with this place but definitely don’t want to influence your opinion unless you have a bad experience. This is more about venting because I never was treated like this in my life in any restaurant ever. EVER!
As you can see this place isn’t setting the world on fire.
Monroeville Mall R.I.P. 2027. Such a shame to see a big part of my life over the years is going to be demolished in 2027. Wal Mart never planned on keeping that mall open when they purchased it.

Even on an off day from cooking; we typically will stop here to get the red tavern burger. It comes with 2 patties, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and thousand island type sauce. Burgers can be customized any way you like. Added grilled onions to my sandwich.
Bottomless fries are a plus however make sure you order a side of their beer cheese with your fries. Takes the fries to another level.

Great location! Perfect place to stop after shopping at the mall. The waiters are friendly and food is brought out pretty quick. I always enjoy coming here with family and friends.

Love comming to Red Robbin late at night after dinner. The rush crowd is gone and the food is just as good during the busy times. The new promotion where you can get two bottomless sides with a finest burger or gourmet burger is amazing too. Had the Royal Red Robin with steak fries and a house salad for dinner and could not be happier. Make sure to join the Red Robin rewards program too. There is almost always a promotion running, plus you get a free burger and side during the month of your birthday.
This location is different compared to other Red Robbins in the area. The decor is a little more modern and sleek. The bar is also separated from the main dining room which makes it a little secluded from general crowd.

When i tell you the way my mouth melted when tasting the steak fries . This was my first time here for a fundraising event and this place delivered! The food was amazing, the staff was pleasant and the atmosphere was dope. We’ll definitely be back for those fries again!!

My husband and I came here for a quick bite to eat. We went on a Sunday so they had the football games on which I enjoyed.
The service was fast, the waitress was extremely nice and attentive.
Food: we tried a new flavor for the boneless wings belive it was called island heat. It was different but good with the homemade chips. My husband got the Royal burger with the garlic parm fries (if you love garlic you’ll love the fries). I got the impossible burger with regular fries. Although it’s bottomless fries we never order anymore because we’re full.
Parking was plentiful since Red Robin is near the mall.
We enjoy coming here so we’ll definitely be back.

Please try to avoid this place, staff was arguing when I walked in and no one knew what was going on. The staff was all over the place and I kept getting messages that my table was ready and then they would say that it would be a longer wait. Not even a 5 minute wait, it would usually be an extra 30 minutes. I ended up just leaving and not coming back for the table and people were complaining about the food being greasy as well

Review solely based on takeout via Uber Eats. My family went for a movie at the theater and we decided to schedule a takeout for lunch at home. We stopped by, pick up our bag and went out. When we arrived at our place we noticed that one of items wasn’t in the bag. Called the store and they acknowledged the error. When I went back to pick up the item store manager was super apologetic and refund it even with having a new one in hands. That was the only issue, other than that, everything was fine.

Went in at 12:30 for lunch, place was empty. Waited for 15 minutes for service as 2 young men chatted. Walked out after they waited on a table who came in after us, so can’t comment on the food, but there’s a reason it was empty.
