Don’t even know her name. Our waitress ignored us, the whole entire time, constantly asking for help from other coworkers, and begin chatting with coworkers. Oil filled bottomless fries with non peachy berry lemonade limited edition great specials. Instead of helping us out with the table will never come again will never recommend do better.

Well everything here was ok and I’ll give them 4 stars because regardless of how everything turned out giving them anything less would really be me being mean because they most certainly tried their hardest but. The family to the right of us made the meal very unpleasant and certain in a rush servers were giving us orders we didn’t ask for or messing up with our orders altogether but our main server. Young lady with freckles. She did her thang. And she made sure everything was as it needed to be for us and their cod fish needs tons of improving other than that everything else was great. Hope you enjoy the photos. I thumbs up everything that was great and down to everything that wasn’t.

The manager on staff last night (short with dark hair) was extremely difficult and caused our night to be stressful when all we wanted was to have a drink and some snacks to cool off after work. When we refused a second order of pickle chip that was brought to us on mistake the server told us not to worry and they would be taken off our bill. Throught our dining experience we were not checked on to even refill our drinks. At the end we were given a hard time for trying to box up our leftovers, and they doubled everything on our bill and took multiple times to change it to get our correct total. Overall I would describe this experience as awful. They treated us as if we were criminals trying to steal their food, when in fact it was their mistake for putting the order in twice. Will not ever be coming back.

You can never go wrong at Red Robin. Their gourmet burgers and fries are incredible. Server was quite good, and very attentive to our needs. There are so many good burger places out there, but you still can’t beat Red Robin. Now serving healthier choice items too. Soups, meatless burger options.

There was a died fly on the pepper shaker, my husband use it the fly went in his food. GROSS..Manger should had taken care of our check. But no…she took off $7.00.. My husband dinner was 17.00.. He didn’t eat any of it..Will not be back..Poor service…

Craving a chicken salad and this hit the spot. The size was massive. My husband and I both ate on it, and still had leftovers. They were very generous with the chicken and egg. Downside is that the salad with added onions and jalapeños was $20. I would have been happy with half the size and half the price.

Service is good, food is ok. Overpriced for what you get. $16 burger was paper thin, had maybe 10 fries on my plate when it came to the table. I can’t justify paying that kind of money for the same size burger I can get from McDonald’s for $2.

The service was insanely horrible! We waited 30 minutes to get a drink order in. After having to ask the hostess to have a server come to our table. We will never be back. Extremely disappointed. $130 dollars wasted.
