They messed up a little on my order. My sweet potato fries that i got at first were not fresh but the ones my friend got were. However I had them swap those for the garlic fries instead, and they were a lot better. My chicken sandwich was yummy though as well as my drink. Service was great though. Our food came out quick despite this place being very packed. Our waitress was super nice and attentive.

This was our first time in a Red Robin and my best friend and I had an absolute blast! Our server, Millie, was a rock star, she was so helpful, funny and made the experience awesome. The food was served quickly and everything was fresh and delicious. Prices are also great, and I love that they seated folks in different areas to avoid it being so chaotic. The atmosphere was great and we will absolutely be back:) Best dining experience we’ve ever had while visiting the area from Canada

Very nice clean establishment and polite staff. Menu and selection of food was great. Our food came out fresh hot and good. Server was polite and generous. Atmosphere was joyful. T.V’s were great so I could still watch the game while eating and spending time with family. Food was great just would like to see more options for liquid sauce(s).

Well their back to OK food and service. My second order of bottomless fries came to me just as we were getting ready to leave!!! (tired of waiting) Not only that the order wasn’t even a real order!

Yes I came back even though the last time I was here it was pitiful. With that in mind….
The food was great and the service was fantastic!! Someone has been working on improving this restaurant and it shows. I’m glad I came back.

The greasy table top game kiosk was disgusting. We were told the kiosk is used for paying the bill, I had no idea there was an added charge for using it.
Dinner for the two of us comprised of 2 beers, 2 burgers and 2 sides. With the added 18.5% tip I paid $72!! The burgers were cooked to our specifications but the toppings were too sweet and too salty. The sesame seed buns were tasty but somewhat sweet. The Coleslaw was crisp but too sweet. The fries were over salted but tasty.
Overall the experience was a rip-off, with a dirty-greasey table-top kiosk, and the less than fresh too sweet and too salty burger toppings and the overpriced bill.

We asked for a booth when we came in. It was barely anyone there and staff seemed surprised. Waited for a little bit till a booth was cleaned although one was already available.Food was great! Service not so much. Waiter never came by again after dropping off the food.

Milkshakes are very delicious. Food was all right. Pricing is decent. Prepare that the sides such as fries are bottomless & easy to get filled up on hardly had room for my burger haha

Well everything here was ok and I’ll give them 4 stars because regardless of how everything turned out giving them anything less would really be me being mean because they most certainly tried their hardest but. The family to the right of us made the meal very unpleasant and certain in a rush servers were giving us orders we didn’t ask for or messing up with our orders altogether but our main server. Young lady with freckles. She did her thang. And she made sure everything was as it needed to be for us and their cod fish needs tons of improving other than that everything else was great. Hope you enjoy the photos. I thumbs up everything that was great and down to everything that wasn’t.

Been here a couple times and always see a blonde girl which I would assume is a manager, due to the fact she came to our table for a concern, hanging on the male staff very unprofessionally. It makes us uncomfortable to see. When she came to our table for said concern she was very rude and unhelpful and acted as if we were an inconvenience.

On October 11 myself and my wife Tara visited Red Robin for her birthday. Our server, whose name was BRANDON, made the evening fantastic. I am 50 years old and have visited my fair share of restaurants, but in all honesty I have never had a better server than Brandon.
