Reviews
The menu offers a variety of burgers and a selection of other great options to choose from. We ordered the Red Robin Gourmet Cheeseburger, the Southern Charm burger, the Jalapeno Heatwave with lettuce bun, Boneless Chicken Bites with chips, French fries, coleslaw and Caesar salad. Our food came out quickly and it was fresh, hot and delicious. Portions were good and the burgers were cooked to perfection and prepared according to each person’s preference. My favourites were the boneless chicken bites which were juicy, saucy and tangy, the Southern Charm burger with its candied bacon and grilled onions and the house French fries. They also offer healthier options like chicken burgers, lettuce buns and steamed vegetables just to name a few.
The restaurant is wheelchair accessible with ample parking, accessible entry, flexible seating options and accessibility restroom. They have plenty of seating with table, bar and booth options available and room to easily maneuver around and between tables. Each table has a kiosk where you can look at the menu, place your order and order drink refills. The electronic system also allows you to pay for your order at the table when you’re done. With daily deals like Monster Mondays, Cheeseburger Tuesday’s, and Kids Half Off Wednesday’s this is a great place to eat.
I was immediately greeted by a hostess and sat at the bar. Upon being sat, my bartender acknowledged me and brought the food and dinner menus. I chose the pear house margarita and the Big Yummy Value Meal. Red’s Double Tavern burger, bottomless fries and a bev. My food hit the spot and as always, I was unable to finish my second order of fries.
Fast and attentive service and ample parking!
There are always errors with the Ceasar salad.
For the love of all that is holy….it’s a SALAD NOT A SOUP. Could you pleeeeeeeze stop drowning it in dressing. When I ask for light dressing – it comes in the side.
I don’t want it on the side. I want you to do your bare minimum job kitchen. He’s less dressing… And don’t put croutons in it . Saves you money by the way
And today?
Salad comes out not over dressed (finally) but w crouton bits/remnants in it. Which is HILARIOUS because I ordered a GF bun, the server confirmed my allergy and you advertise “We take good allergies seriously” do you???
Man I really like the burger offerings here but Christ on a cracker …. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM HERE?? It’s like you’re in a power struggle with your guests…. Just make the salad how I ask you to…. I’m asking you to do less and use less. What is the freaking problem here?!?!?
And I mean this is every single time. Every. Single. Time. And sometimes we come here once a week
The photo is of the croutons that were in my GLUTEN FREE Caesar
Notes:
– Plenty of free parking
– Free drink refills
– Endless steak fries
– We like to order our burgers “no pink”
We waited about 15 minutes for the bill and an additional 20 minutes for a sauce to-go, which felt excessive.
When we ordered a second serving of the bottomless sides, it arrived after the dishes had already been cleared, making it pointless.
During the meal, the waitress mentioned sales quotas and upselling, which made the experience feel transactional rather than welcoming.
Finally, at the end, we were told we could have received a free appetizer if we signed up, which would have been helpful to know earlier.
I usually prefer giving positive feedback, but I hope this helps improve service for future guests. Thank you for taking the time to review this.
