Got a gift card for Christmas so my husband and I came after a day of shopping 12/26. No wait.
Waiter was quick and friendly.
Waitress was amazing!
Clean place, clean staff, quick hot fresh food is what we found.
I had a sweet tea lemonade… it was a 3/5.
The whisky bone in wings are like pre floured frozen type like from a bag ? 2/5
They were not just plain unbattered wings fried and sauced or freshly battered . The battered frozen wings are not top tier wings. Coating is thick, meat is weird.
I didn’t care for them or the whiskey sauce. Garlic fries were good!4/5
Husband loved his pineapple pink seltzer drink and ribs he ate to the bone! He said 5/5!

We were seated immediately, and the food was really good. We haven’t been here to dine in a while, but the quality didn’t degrade. The waiting took a little longer, but it was well worth it. Both the Santa Fe salmon and the chicken wrap were tasty.

I get that it was a Saturday night, so I wasn’t expecting perfection, but the overall experience was pretty underwhelming. The restaurant felt noticeably dirty, tables weren’t very clean & the floors looked like they hadn’t been touched in a while, which definitely took away from the meal.
The food itself was subpar. Nothing was outright terrible, but it wasn’t hot, fresh, or flavorful enough to justify the price or the wait. Burgers were just okay, fries were mediocre, & everything felt rushed.
Service was decent considering how busy it was, so I’ll give credit there, but cleanliness & food quality should still be a priority regardless of how packed it gets.
Probably fine if you’re just grabbing a quick bite, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to come back.

Omg I got off work despite long day came here for late lunch let me tell you something this place makes fresh food ever in history no lie everthing was prepared perfect and cooked perfectly chef honor if I could give 10 stars I would or even 20 this place deserves more than that but here’s the best review I’ve been waiting to post for a while. I’ll definitely be back for more and bring some of my friends along too.

Went out tonight and had such a good experience Spencer was serving us and he was excellent. Nice and professional he got everyone’s order perfect the first time. When the food came out it was so good and fresh. Spencer made sure we had everything we needed and kept refilling our drinks. Great customer service!!!

This place is going downhill fast. The last two times the food and/or fries came out cold..and last time it was not even crowded. Tonight was a long wait for food, then for straws, and the order came out not correct. The bill was also not correct. I think the waiter was new so we were patient but come on…If it wasn’t for the fact that the Whiskey River BBQ Burger is one of the best on the planet, I wouldn’t even come here anymore.

Well, better then it used to be….The new burger menu is creative and interesting. The end product is well, so so. I asked for the burger rare and it arrived medium and juiceless. The fried pickle chips, obviously a frozen product were okay, have had much better at other local establishments. None of the employees seemed to be enthusiastic in the least and were often seen on their phones. The beer offerings were nothing exciting and is not a reason to visit.

The best burgers I have had in years! The staff was so nice and friendly and the food was absolutely delicious, can’t complain at all. The reason I gave this location a 4-star is because the bathrooms and restaurant itself was fairly dirty, but overall experience = AWESOME!

It was sooo darn good. Fresh juicy burger with onion straws fried egg and bacon next to a mountain of perfectly fried steak fries.
The service was absolutely perfect too. My kids managed to test all the patience of all that is good but the staff was just soo sweet. When my daughter spilled her drink after taking 3xs longer than normal to order the waitress responded in a Southern-sweet- as-pie accent, ” well that’s quite alright there sweetie, let me get you another round.” Needless to say I had a wonderful time!

First time eating here. Had a birthday dinner for 11yr old young man & family. My food was delicious. Fish & Chips about $14 meal dish, reasonable price for a dinner. . I was very happy with large portion size. Specialized hamburgers & salads restaurant. Nice place to eat. Family atmosphere. They do birthday song celebrating..
