Very Disappointed, we have been long time customers of Red Robin. We are done after today.
The last few months have been aggravating just trying to order food. You can no longer speak directly to the restaurant call goes to a call center. It’s a pain ordering with a live person. So today we ordered a chicken salad drive 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back to find some of the chicken is still raw. No longer edible. Being we paid cash they gave us 2 options drive all the way back for a new salad or get nothing. Being we paid cash they do not offer cash refunds.
What a crock of crap.
So basically we just spent money at your facility for nothing but a waste of time and still a hunger belly.

never been to a red robin till today! First the staff is wonderful. From Theo, to Stephen, to Mahogany and everyone else we interacted with top notch. Service was on par with much high quality restaurants. Food was good, solid fare, prices reasonable compared to competition in the area but service was untouchable

My three stars on atmosphere may be considered some other category, but it was based upon a minor problem we had when I took my daughter and grandson there. It had probably been several years since I had ever been to a Red Robin because since my wife’s passing I really don’t go out to eat much anyway but when my grandson sat down he started playing with some little box or something that was on the table and when I questioned my daughter about it she said it had video games on it or something. Having never seen one of these before, I didn’t think it was going to be a problem until we received our bill with an extra $3 charge on it. When I question the server she explained to me that it was for the computer games to which I replied. I was not aware that there was a charge and that should have been posted somewhere so that we know not to even touch the stupid machine. I mean seriously. What do you expect a kid to do when they sit at a table and they see something interesting, of course they’re going to play with it to find out what the reason is for it to be there. I already had the cash in my hand to pay the young lady that included her gratuity and if they had not taken the $3 charge off that would have been $3 less of a tip that she would have received so I guess she should be glad that they took it off. Since this was the first time I had ever seen such a thing in a restaurant, I had no idea what it even was but will probably try to stay away from any place that has one including Red. Robin.

Always quality food at this location. Sue the manager runs a tight ship of friendly staff. I eat here 2 times a month at least. Love it. The prices are also very affordable.

Been going to this spot for a while now. Never had any issues good is always amazing. I’m making this post now though for the new a1 steakhouse burger that I must say is phenomenal and a explosion of amazing flavor unevenly bite

First, they charge me $3.59 for a club soda which is an insane price, especially when most places don’t even charge you for it. Then, I get the grilled BBQ chicken wrap and I ask if the chicken can be crispy chicken instead. They said yes and charged me $1.50 more without even telling me about the up charge. Will never come here again.

Came here tonight for a date night first time ever trying Red Robin and not only was the food terrible the service was even worse . 12$ for these French fries where the meat taste like it’s been sitting all day basically little chunks of rubber bands if I could compare it to anything . Our server was also bartending and had maybe 2 other tables and 2 at the bar . I myself being a server was so disappointed the 2 little interactions we had with our server was short and rushed . She maybe said 2 words the entire time we were there . To be fair she wasn’t aware that the food was not good considering she wasn’t around nor did she ask. First time in my entire life that I didn’t leave a tip . Safe to say I will not be returning. Save your money and go somewhere else . Highly recommend the chilies down the street

Went there today for the Veterans Day meal they offered. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else to get your meal. They take your order and put it on the back burner to get it made for you. I had many other people sat after me getting their food before me. The waiter never kept me informed as to what was happening with the food. After about a hour I informed manager that I wanted to pay for my soda and was leaving. She went back all of sudden they found the burger. Their priority is to take care of the paying customers first. So with that said they should not offer the meal if they think it’s a burden. So went to ihop got my meal in 15 minutes.
