I haven’t been to a Red Robin in a while. Visited tonight and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the new item Bacon N Blue burger. It was a great burger. What I liked best was the fact that it was easy to manage, meaning I could pick it up with two hands and eat it without it falling apart even though it had extra ingredients on it. Cooked to perfection and delicious. Sweet potato fries excellent as well. My dining companion ordered the jalapeño burger which was also delicious. Our server Emily was so sweet and provided outstanding service. I will be back.

Absolutely awful service. Sat for 15 minuets not one acknowledged us. Someone else came in sat down and was served immediately. Walked out and now at chilis
Update: GO TO CHILIS. The service was so much better they still have burgers. We were greeted by our waitress within 2 minuets of sitting down. And had our drinks, our appetizer and our meal order taken in the same amount of time we were left sitting at Red Robin. While they served people that came in 15 minuets after us. Red Robin – take notes, you are in a plaza full of resturants. If you dont want my money theres another resturant that will happily take it and serve me well. Red Robin i will not be back after the lack of care from your employees. I did not see one waitress or waiter in your resturant. Just the bar tender. And a lady in a purple shirt.

Food absolutely amazing and affordable for what it is. Inside decorations are all really cool can eat there 10 times and still notice new little things. Service was really good as well definitely a great restaurant.

We had a work fundraiser through Red Robin, and it was awesome. 20% back to Reach Inc. The manager Hanna and her team did an amazing job. The food was delicious and on time.

Disappointed
Long wait for our food and when it arrived fries were cold and old. Worst salad I have ever been served. Asked for hot fries they arrived as we were paying our bill. Never going to a Red Robin ever again. Do better!!

Okay joint to eat, basically just half decent diner food. My problem is the place is dirty. They do not wipe down tables enough, and reuse dirty cloths they’ve been using all day. The tablet screens with games for kids, filthy. Couldn’t even touch it. Covered in stickiness. DO BETTER. Table had crumbs and spills/sticky, underneath was disgusting, condiments on table had smears and crap stuck on them. After eating there and being completely fine before hand, my family and I now are all sick with a chest infection. That night specifically was a family night clearly, it was all little kids and families. They only had about 7 tables even being used, yet everything was still dirty. There was no dinner rush, so why was it so filthy? Spoke with manager just now on the phone, she said herself she’s “on them about cleaning better and reminds them.” I said this is common sense and you and your staff need to be up to code for health reasons, they shouldn’t need constant reminders. She said “I know, I know, I’m sorry.” Ridiculous.

Absolutely amazing service! The lady that served us was great! Fast and had great suggestions. Food was perfect for me and everyone in my large family. Fried pickles and pretzels were perfect, no soggy ones. Burgers cooked perfectly, fries great. The donut stack at the end was delicious. Great outside texture, inside was almost gooey. Honestly it was similar to fried dough. Everything was perfect. Will definitely come again.

If you want raw hamburger then this is the place for you. After eating here over the years I’ve had okay burgers but after the last 2 times being raw I had enough. If they can’t cook a burger correctly at a resutrant specializing in burgers then maybe they shouldn’t be cooking.
