This place gets quite busy on the weekends. The service isn’t always the fastest, but they have a rock star manager, Fred! Fred comes by the tables and checks on your experience. He is friendly and truly cares about how his customers feel. You see him running the pass, bringing food to the customers, and directing operations like a conductor in an orchestra. He’s a manager and leader who shoulders the team and leads by example. My wife and I actually had a bit of issues with today’s dining experience, but Fred helped resolved everything with a smile. He earned this high praise and positive review. 5 stars because of Fred.

Just had an amazing lunch! Karina was the best waitress I’ve had anywhere in a long time. The manager, Fred, was very attentive and checked on all of the tables throughout their visit. I will definitely go again based on those 2 alone.

Sat at the bar to grab dinner during 2 hour ride home. The bartender, Brynn, did an amazing job covering the bar and her assigned tables around the bar area. She was nonstop for a while but made sure to reassure each person that arrived that she would be with them momentarily. On top of serving her customers, she provided the wait staff with their beverage orders. At my request, I spoke with the manager Fred, to share my positive experience. He was professional, friendly, and easy to talk with. I will be sure to stop again when in that area.

Me and my son each got the bacon burger meal. Burgers were very thin. We wished we had gotten doubles but I can’t imagine what that would do to the price. Paid 25 dollars a plate as is including our drinks. I had a coke and he had an iced tea. Drinks alone totaled 9 dollars. 50 dollar bill for the meal was nowhere near worth it. That price can get you a much better burger in other places. He wanted to try it though.

Went here with my family on Friday June -7th-2024 , we had a late night dinner. First of all, it was extremely nosey and loud in there . This is a definite place where young teenagers and young adults hang out. The selection of the meun changed , I wasn’t impressed with the selections of the new meun and most of it I couldn’t care for and the prices were higher. When we first sat down, the table was sticky, and all of my family thought the food in general was OK. Nobody plans to come back soon. Their famous Stacker Onion Rings didn’t taste the same, wouldn’t nearly as once as good as before . I had the baked fish & chips , and I substituted the fries and got sweet potato fries . Which were at best just ok. Everyone else got a form of a different burger. Our waitress ok , we asked if we could get another order of Sweet Potato fries , but she never informed us that the kitchen was closing. And she should’ve offered us another order of Fries for each one of us because it was supposed to be (” Bottomless Fries “) , which was not the case. Very hard to eat out these days at a good restaurant. The food was very Blend and not much flavor. We had to literally find our waitress at the end of our meal to pay for our food. Never offered us anything else they should’ve offered us another fries atlease. Probably won’t be coming back to soon. Eating Out Has become a choren, What you Thought a place was once good, which isn’t anymore. Very disappointing .

My husband and I have been on a healthy grind and we decided to head to Red Robin’s to clog our arteries together.
Luckily, we weren’t able to clog our arteries, but the food really hit the spot. The burger was smaller than I imagined. I thought it would be stacked higher, but just seemed more smooshed.
The garlic parm broccoli was nicely steamed, but way too buttery. (Bottomless)
The cheese dipping sauce was good, I wish it was more saucy, or I wish we had a spoon. It hardened a bit, so took a bit of effort to dip. 🙁
The crispy fried pickles were good, but I tasted more of the crisp than the pickle itself.
The ambiance is straightforward! It’s decorated 🙂
Our waitress was highly accommodating and kind.
~$60 for everything, honestly overpriced. I could see everything costing $45 with tip instead. I would try other places to clog your arteries!!

Keanna was a great server who kept checking on us despite the wait for food being almost an hour. Not even fries could be brought out. Everyone was waiting a long time for their food. It’s just too busy fulfilling online orders to keep up with both in house and pick ups. The manager gave us a discount as an apology for the wait. Would probably not come back after 3pm ever again.
Food was great! Just not worth the wait when you’re already hungry.

I find it hard to give independent restaurants bad reviews. However since I was recently dining with friends at a corporate establishment not of my choice here goes. Service was good really trying and very sincere. The food? Yikes! Cold greasy previously frozen everything. The only thing that wasn’t cold was the dessert which was warmer than it should have been. If corporate wants bright lights and glitz they should really have a simple method to keep it clean. Really there are so many options out there go anywhere else. I mean anywhere.

Wow. Where do I even begin? We came to Red Robin to celebrate our daughter’s birthday — her favorite restaurant — and it turned into one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve ever had. This was on 12/30/2025, and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish.
We were seated and then completely ignored for a solid 20 minutes before our waiter even acknowledged us. I understand being busy, but 20 minutes is excessive. When we finally ordered drinks, it took another 10 minutes for them to arrive. I ordered an IPA, which came after the other two drinks because they were apparently “making it.” If that’s the case, they might want to find a new brewmaster — it tasted awful. My daughter and fiancé both ordered Dr. Peppers, and neither had any carbonation. They still drank them, but mentioned it to the waiter when he finally came back.
We ordered an appetizer at the same time as the drinks, and that didn’t arrive until about 15 minutes later. When the appetizer finally showed up, we placed our food order. Then we waited… and waited… and waited. Another 30–45 minutes went by before our food arrived.
When it finally did, it was obvious it had been sitting out. My daughter’s mac and cheese was cold. My burger and my fiancé’s chicken sandwich were barely lukewarm — like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp for 20+ minutes. At that point, we were starving and had already been there forever, so we just ate it instead of sending it back.
What made it worse was watching other tables go through the same thing. The people behind us were also there for a birthday and were apologizing to their child because their food was cold. They sent it back and never even got it returned before they finally paid and left. Another father and daughter who arrived around the same time as us also never received their food and left after paying.
To top it all off, my daughter really wanted them to sing Happy Birthday. When we asked, the waiter said he “couldn’t find anyone to sing,” even though they had literally just sung for another table about 10 minutes earlier. He did bring her an ice cream, but by that point we were completely over it and just wanted to leave.
This was hands down the worst experience we’ve ever had at a Red Robin. We will never return to this location again.
My advice: avoid this place like the plague. It does not deserve your time or money.
