Shreveport is welcoming its newest black owned establishment downtown under the bridge! I visited last night for the grand opening and I thoroughly enjoyed myself! Happy Hour is everyday from 4-8p. I decided to try the lemon drop and classic Caesar salad and trust me, both items were great! If you sit at the bar ask for Tae! He had a great attitude and was extremely attentive and informative about the specials! While there, they did showcase a live performance by heart & soul. In between their set, R&B music was played. I’d definitely recommend this establishment to people of all ages but a mature crowd is suggested! Be sure to check out the spot during the holidays and bring the vibes!

A group of us went there this past Saturday evening it took us about 20 minutes to get our drinks and maybe another 15 to get our food order in. But I must say the drinks were perfect and the food was more than perfect.
New place, new staff struggling a little but I can tell they are on the way to perfection

I took my girlfriend to Red River Social on February 13th, and the customer service was terrible. When we walked in, we were not greeted at the door. We stood there for a while, and the hostess assumed we were with a large party that had come in before us. Approximately 15 minutes later, and mind you, it was not that busy, we were finally seated.
After being seated at our table, no one came to take our drink orders. I even set a timer on my phone for 20 minutes as a test. During that time, the owner, who frequently walked the floor, never greeted us or checked to see if we had been served. As an owner or manager, being attentive to your customers is extremely important. Everyone should be acknowledged, no exceptions.
Shortly after, a group of young men sat at a table next to us, and a female server walked past us and immediately went to their table. At that point, we decided to leave. Before leaving, my girlfriend expressed our frustrations to the hostess. Once the staff at the front learned that we are content creators, they immediately attempted to make things right, but we chose to leave.
Overall, I would rate this establishment a 1 out of 10

Ordered the Voodoo Pasta and it was delicious. Tons of flavor but I ate the whole bowl without it becoming too much.
