Outstanding flavor!!! Love how much flavor this had. We got the Cuban sandwich, empanada and a rice bowl (I can’t remember which one) but it was all so good! The sauce with the empanada was also amazing.
The service is very friendly and even though it’s small inside it’s nice to eat there. We are looking forward to the next time we’re in town to try them again!

All I can say is amazing! My family and I have ordered from here for the 3rd time now in a week. The food is so good. I’m glad to see something new, authentic, and family owned come to Niles, rather than the same franchise restaurants that normally come to the area. If you haven’t tried, definitely give it a try. We’ve had the pork bowl, chicken bowl, the chicken pastelillo, mofongo cheese balls, and yuca fries, and none of it disappointed. And the Rican sauce taste so good you could pretty much drink it And if you want dessert they have the BEST tres leches I’ve ever had!

Red Rican was so good. I had a pastelillo, glazed sweet plantains, and for dessert the chocolate tres leches. Everything was packed with flavor. The pastelillo was crispy on the outside and the filling was perfectly seasoned. The glazed sweet plantains were soft, sweet, and honestly one of my favorite parts of the meal. And the chocolate tres leches… amazing. Super moist, rich, and not overly sweet. You can tell the food is made with care. Definitely a spot I’ll be going back to.

This is not a dine in restaurant. I get take out pretty frequently and in general I’m a fan.
Certain dishes are outstanding. The rice bowls, pastelillos, beans are all great.
I will say the alcapurria and relleno de papa are a bit lacking. It’s hit or miss if they have meat inside and the alcapurria was dry as the desert.
The staff is great. Overall recommend.

My son and I got the (chicken buffalo) pastellillos with tostones and banana tres leche cake. This was so good! The MOFO zesty garlic sauce was a great complement to both the chips and pastellillos. We are so full and happy! Service was awesome! 10/10 will be back again and again!

It’s so hard to find a good Cuban sandwich in this area, and theirs is outstanding. Pastelillo’s and Relleno de Papa are also excellent. Great atmosphere, great customer service, as well. Will be going back frequently to try more items!

Absolutely hands down one of my favorite meals. I’ve been chasing The red Rican down with his red Rican truck. Never could catch up now that he has a restaurant. You have to come down. The pork and the bowls was so juicy and tender. You could tell that the frying was extremely clean oils. Everything that I had was absolutely delicious. Fresh and crispy. I couldn’t ask for a better meal. Thank you so much. Looking forward to coming back soon. Support your local ❤️

Ordered through their online app and it was very easy to use. I was able to choose a pickup time, and the food was ready right on time. The Rican Fries were amazing — I could eat those as a meal by themselves! We also ordered the whole pastrami sandwich. I wished it had a little more lettuce and tomato, but it was still delicious and more than enough food. Would definitely order again.

Absolutely amazing! I stumbled upon The Red Rican food truck at the Canfield Fair, and it blew me away. Super friendly staff, authentic Puerto Rican flavors, and to top it off, they have a sister truck that sells Tres Leches cakes (we tried every flavor—so good!). Easily one of my new favorite spots, and I’ll go out of my way to find them whenever I’m in the Youngstown/Niles area.
