Nice place, nice ambiance, chain Mexican, sandwich (grinder), and burger place. Just not so great for vegetarians. I could only limited items like a taco w cheese, lettuce, and beans. There were no other veges available for the taco (not even onions, cilantro, tomato). The cheese was soft and fresh shredded mild cheddar. The servers were sweet and young students. It’s a good place for a quick and inexpensive meal for meat eaters who don’t like any veges or toppings 🙂

I had the everything grinder. It was pretty unique as far as contents and taste. A touch of spiciness was interesting for the better. But getting the “whole” sandwich becomes monotonous after eating it for a while. So I recommend the half unless you’re very hungry.

Stopped by for lunch today and ended up leaving with a huge portion of my hand burned from way too hot cheese sauce. I ordered a large chips and cheese for dine in. I was given a flimsy paper plate with a 8oz cup of scorching cheese sauce on it. No lid. Not only did I scream and cuss and almost puke from how hot it was, but not one single employee checked on me. Maybe red pepper needs to offer something more sturdy to put blazing hot cheese on. A simple plastic lunch tray would work!
I’m not here to whine. I just hope nobody else has this happen to them and maybe this business can try to make the way they serve hot foods a little more safe.

I had the tacos and soup and my coworker had he everything grinder. The menu is simple and the food is really good. They are helpful and efficient. Even when the line goes out the door it moves fairly quickly. One of my go favorites for lunch. Please I love the chips with the chip dip.

How…does this have so many good reviews. The lunch meat is very low quality. And why is the taco meat cold. My tacos were cold, the entire grinder sandwich was cold including the taco meat. I was expecting a warm sandwich. I couldn’t taste the white sauce so I don’t know if I liked it bc it was drowning in the spicy red sauce. I couldn’t finish eating my meal.

Also a taco salad on a tostado shell is not a garbage plate. I’m not local and I come from an area that is top ranked nationally for food – and this restaurant is not good. It’s gimmicky and that’s probably why ppl like it. But the food is not good.

Arrived to pick up an order to deliver and had the employee tell me they would not make the delivery order until the line was gone. All the Red Peppers in GF are busy and have lines that extend to the door with more arriving as fast as they finish one person. This is not the way to treat customers who have essentially already paid for their order.
