Coffee was good but there was a girl working there that was very snippy. I did not know, as there were no signs, that you order from one side and pick up on the other. So I drove up and the girl let me know very quickly and with the attitude that I was on the wrong side. Then said “It’s not Ellianos!” No other Red Owl that I’ve been to does that.

Decided to go to this red owl for the first time as we were headed on a 4 and a half hour trip. Ordered two lattes , two ssg egg & chz on and Asiago bagel (bagel was recommended) 3 smoothies and 3 wraps. When we got the order I was so focused on the fact we only received one bagel that I didn’t test my latte before we left. I let them know we were missing a bagel and she came back over with the card reader (I had already paid 59 and some change.. so we just left . We got down the road and took the sandwich out..it wasn’t what was recommended and we decided to get but it was on a croissant. My finances latte was warm and tasted pretty good, but mine was cold and tasted watered down. Smoothies were done well, but children complained about how nasty the bacon was in their wrap. Made for a not so great morning . Should have just went to McDonald’s. Could have gotten better for less. Most likely will not be going back .

This is my first review ever! I absolutely did not want to write this review but this was insane to me. I arrived to red owl and asked for the blueberry bagel with bacon and cheese. Once I received my food and drink I headed to work. When I opened my bag and looked inside the bacon was so burnt and the sandwich was not even cooked!!!! I’m not even about to go into details about my coffee because that was an absolute disgrace. Whoever they had up there should not be working there!!!

I ordered the everything bagel with cream cheese and sliced turkey, and the golden owl frappe. This place did not disappoint. I will be coming back. Thanks for a very delicious breakfast.

Really love this place! Staff are always friendly and seem like they want to be there. My drink is consistent every time which is what kept me coming back! Staff even helped me figure out what I could have when I had to go dairy free for 6 months due to my newborn’s dairy allergy. Really a fan of this location for sure!

Today was my first time visiting Red Owl Coffe Company. I GIVE THEM 5 STARS. Everything was good and tasty. I ordered a Hoot iced strawberry lemon rose, 2 sausage bacon croissant sandwiches, and 1 sunrise bowl. They were out of spinach so I replace bowl with chicken wrap. To top it off, the two young employee were friendly, respectful, and a joy to order from. Best Customer Service: Mylan B. and the other guy. I AM A Fan! I can see myself being a New Loyal Customer.

I have to say the young boys working today 5/7/2025. Did not know or understand English ( they was white ) we ordered and was made to pull around ok so then it was over 25 minutes waiting for our drinks, so when it was out turn there was laughing and cutting up, not working so after about 10 more minutes our drinks finally came out and they was wrong they tried to give me some iced coffee told the young boys and they said it was rung up wrong they said our drinks will be out shortly then they came with one drink ordered 2, and then to find out they wasn’t even what was ordered. Then wanted to argue with me and I showed him the receipt and he was like oh. After 35 minutes or longer in line we finally got our drinks. WILL NOT RETURN, I will drive across town to Ellianos. Never had this problem there.

I usually enjoy my visits, but my last order was incorrect. When I got home and sat down for breakfast, I realized the coffee wasn’t what I ordered. Customers expect to receive what they pay for—accuracy matters.
