What is it about coffee that speaks to so many people? A way to relax, share and connect? We think that’s a big part of it. At Red Owl Coffee, we look at what we do as something unique…we share home. A lot of people, are on the go each day, but that home feeling is something we think is valuable and we enjoy sharing it. It’s family, it’s warm memories, a feeling of caring. Even if one’s home experience isn’t or wasn’t a warm one, we all want to belong, right? That’s what we strive for with each hand-crafted drink or coffee that we create. It’s a touch of home comfort where we can belong for a moment.

I was immediately drawn to the vast menu filled with delicious options serving up both food and coffee options. I ordered the Maple Owl Latte from their yummy fall menu and ordered my husband a Butterscotch Frappe. It was a comfortable place to wait while they prepared my order. Other patrons were visiting with one another in line, and a couple small groups were gathered at tables choosing to dine in. I spoke with the owner, Michael, and he had a very professional demeanor and was friendly and welcoming, he even gave me a sticker decal. The coffee was so delicious and fairly priced and we cannot wait to return and try more of their coffee selections and add a danish or two! ☕️ ☺️

I’ve given this place 3 chances. No idea why I kept going back, but the 3rd time is the last. How is it such a struggle to get a simple breakfast cup correct? I paid $8 per cup and they took 15 minutes to make them…they came out cold and half full. Take a look at the slop they put in these cups. The people working there are moving at a snails pace with zero urgency and they seem lost, like every day is their first day on the job. Never going there again. Back to Starbucks for me.

This is new to Waycross however not new to Georgia. I first experienced a Red Owl out of town and really liked it. The ladies in the Waycross Red Owl are awesome. They are friendly, informative about their menu and seem to really like what they are doing. We really like their coffee. My husband likes the cold Carmel & Burbon. I have enjoyed a cold.brew and mainly do Frapuchino drinks. I got a white chocolate with Rasberry, and they made it perfect. I love the area inside to sit and enjoy your drink, do some work, relax or hang out with a friend or sit by yourself! I really recommend Red Owl!

I love the size of the Frappes. The coffee is always stronge, I never need a shot of espresso. The flavors are delicious

I don’t normally give stars BUT Red Owl deserve give star!
My husband ordered the Croissant sandwich (Bacon, Egg & Cheese) and a Blueberry Muffin. I ordered the Lunch Wrap (turkey).
We found the restaurant to be very clean, well decorated and the staff to be very friendly and polite.
The owner chatted with us about the history of the building.
Definitely coming back ..

I will say that out of all the coffee shops in Waycross, Red Owl has by far the best iced coffee, but when it comes to hot coffee, they fall behind the other shops here. I’ve been to other Red Owl establishments where their Hot coffee matches their iced coffee taste. Now, the customer service is a whole different issue because there was none when greeting you at the front counter, but that is how it is everywhere in Waycross.

The latte was good, breakfast sandwiches were worse than Ellianos. Had the bagel been toasted, it would have been better. It was a bit soggy. The muffin was ok, but starbucks is better. I recommend for drive thru coffee, but not worth the food.

Very disappointed with this place. I have been to this coffee shop twice, tonight was my last time returning. I walked in to the restaurant, the worker came up to get my order didn’t even ask “what can I get you” they just started staring at me then when I asked (didn’t know what was good) them “what do you recommend” they all stared at me AGAIN & didn’t answer me. So I just ordered what I thought would be good, after getting my order/walking out. I was being stared down in my vehicle while backing out. Then they continued to laugh at me. Very unprofessional & rude!! Sure won’t be returning to this horrible unprofessional coffee shop. I will continue going to Dunkin/Starbucks where the workers actually have respect & provide better service. Highly don’t recommend °Red Owl Coffee shop°

Coffee – I got the double dosta with mocha. That was very good
Tea – idk what we were expecting but it wasn’t what we got. It was not good to us lol
The drive thru cashier was talking about “not being able to turn on the internet herself” I’m assuming to the other employee who was working but it’s not something a customer should have heard. We didn’t even get a proper greeting when we first went up to the window because of it. Maybe if the internet was working the situation would have been different I’m not sure
Anyways for the two medium drinks it was $9.99. In my opinion a little pricey, but to me worth trying something new.

We’ve been waiting for this to open as soon as we saw the Coming Soon sign. I know it’s a new opening but it’s a service that they must check twice. We ordered, to go, an everything bagel with grilled chicken for my mom. When we got home, in the bag was a plain bagel. Check the order against the receipt to ensure you are providing the customer what they have paid for.
