We visited off season so it was quite. We only got appetizers they were very good. They called out fast and fresh. My drink was from their cocktail menu and it was delicious and refreshing. I would go back and try it again in the spring for a more exciting atmosphere.

If you’re anywhere near the area, do yourself a favor and stop into Red Nun Bar & Grill — this place is great. The food is really good, the atmosphere is relaxed but full of personality, and the service is truly next-level.
What really made our visit stand out, though, was Alexis, the manager. You can tell immediately that she runs the place with pride and genuine care. She checked on our table multiple times, made thoughtful recommendations, and made us feel like regulars even though it was our first time there. It’s rare to find someone who balances professionalism with such warm, authentic hospitality, but Alexis absolutely nails it.

I had a daily special, Mac& Cheese with pulled pork, and it was excellent comfort food. I would imagine maybe in cold weather like the fall or winter, that dish would be even better! The beer choices were plentiful, with at least a dozen craft beers on tap. The atmosphere was casual, but classy, and friendly. The bar tenders were very easy going and professional, with a good grip on the food choices, and the drinks as well. A good overall impression, and i would go again for sure

We were at the red nun for lunch two days ago. It was raining. The entranceway going into the restaurant from the parking lot was blocked by people smoking Cigarettes. When we left the restaurant, we had to walk through the same exit/entrance. It was still raining outside, so we had to wait for one member of our party to get the car. Again, there were people smoking cigarettes in this little Entranceway.
I don’t understand why the restaurant management didn’t tell these people to go outside. Granted it was raining, but it made all the rest who are non-smokers have to breathe in secondhand smoke and the fumes that go with this nasty, disgusting habit. I don’t appreciate having to breathe these fumes or cigarette smells on my clothing or in my hair.

It was really cold inside when we where there. We visited in late November. Sat at the bar to watch the Pats game. Good beer selection and pub food.

I had the special, a Philly cheese steak and fries, and it was so good! The bread was perfectly toasted on the outside and soft on the inside, while the meat was tender and juicy and piled up to over flowing. The fries were piping hot and crispy without being over done. Service was friendly and attentive. Great experience!

We came in during a super busy youth hockey weekend and Ronny held down that bar well. Probably the best bartender on the Cape. The Cajun seared ahi tuna special was delicious and the jerk chicken wrap amazing. The wait for the food was a bit long but again, the place was super busy so we’ll take quality over something rushed. The Irish music (Rose Clancy) was fantastic!
