Nice little restaurant/pub with a cozy setting. In the warmer months, they have outdoor seating too, which helps as the interior seating can get a bit crammed. The service is good and speedy in regards to the timing of your food being promptly delivered to your table. I say this because we only had an hour to spare for lunch on this occasion, we were impressed with how fast our food was made. The Thai burger is so good, not to be missed! And that peanut sauce they use could go well on anything.
It was so delicious. I was able to substitute the beef meat for chicken instead, which was nice to have that option being a non beef eater.
My spouse ordered the Nun Burger, which he thoroughly enjoyed, and it was huge.
Both our meals came with fries, and honestly, I could have done without them easily. As the burgers could pass for full meals on their own. We left here feeling very full and satisfied and looking forward to sitting on their patio in warmer months to enjoy some cold ones.

We went to the Red Nun in Chatham for the first time and I’m not sure what took us so long! The food was pub food fare done right. I had a cup of clam chowder, not the best I’ve ever had, but very good. Lots of clams in it. I also tried the Western Burger but with Ghost Pepper cheddar instead of Swiss. The burger was excellent. I could smell the char as soon as it arrived and it tasted like a grilled burger. Delicious. I had onion rings instead of fries and those were really good too though I tried my wife’s fries and they are a solid option as well. She had the Buffalo Chicken sandwich and enjoyed it. It’s a fairly small place and I imagine in season it’s very busy. It was pretty busy when we went yesterday on the first day of March. If you are in the mood for pub food after strolling around Chatham, I would recommend it. We will definitely be going back.

They provide indoor and outdoor seating. Staff was friendly but our waitress wasn’t that knowledgeable or helpful about the menu. The food was only ok, local beers were good with a great selection. Atmosphere was nothing special and overall this place wasn’t anything special, and it was not a great experience that we were hoping for.

The Nun Burger was the best I’ve ever had. We visited Chatham from Minnesota and came across this place. We went back to Chatham the following year and the first stop was here. I wanted to get a t-shirt both visits but no luck, they sell fast. Definitely check this place out.

Sweet spot, wait line was not too long compared to other overcrowded spots in Chatham. Many young and kind people, students working there, food was fine and overall a positive experience.

Excellent food and helpful staff. They take customer service here seriously and did contact tracing. The food was really good, they make some good tacos too. The outside seating was great. Hope this helps!

The food and service is good. A little loud but it works for conversation.
Love the Nacho’s…

Literally so delicious I had to go back multiple times on my recent vacation to Cape Cod. I ordered the scallops with a side of sweet potato fries (which were the best I’ve ever had!). Service was quick and food was amazing!

Nice atmosphere, very friendly staff, the decor was pleasant. Brussle sprouts were actually good; the burger was also good, but still burping truffle fries taste 🙁

I do not want to deter anyone from trying this place because I think I just had a bad experience with the truffle fries that set the tone for my dining experience. However, please check your oil. If it smells funny, it is old and needs to get tossed out. I would try them again but would cringe when asked truffle or regular fries.
