We were told by friends that the owners of this restaurant were the owners of the Blu Wasabi restaurant that was in Chinchilla. We absolutely adored that restaurant and were so sad that it closed. We excitedly decided to make plans for dinner here. The atmosphere was nice. The service and staff we’re very accommodating. Our waiter, although very friendly and attentive, was dressed as though he just rolled out of bed. Mind you, I am not snooty, and looking for anyone in a tuxedo or suit. My saying is, you don’t get a second chance to make a first impression. The lychee martini was okay. On to the menu. The first thing I noticed and was extremely disappointed in was the fact that there was no sushi, sashimi or specialty rolls! We were left with pretty much a limited menu that dealt more with noodles, which is fine if we were planning on eating at a place like 570 Ramen (which by the way we loved). I didn’t take a picture of the rock shrimp, but it was subpar. The batter that covered the shrimp was pale and looked like it had been sitting out a bit. Our entrees were also just o k. Honestly we’ve had better food at other local asian/fusion restaurants. I have to agree with another post that sighted the cost was too expensive for what was served. Mind you we I do not look at cost when we go out to eat. But we do require good food if we are going to pay good money. All in all our experience was less than what we expected food wise. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this restaurant at this point. If it had half of the character and food that was offered at Blu Wasabi, we would definitely recommend!!! Hopefully, they will improve as competition within walking distance is very steep!

Stopped in for the first time today and had a pleasant time. There was a room with a fireplace that was very welcome during the cold day. I enjoyed the chicken Ramen, which was very nice to warm me up. I also got hot water which came in a cute little teapot.
My friend ordered the rice with steak and he enjoyed it very much. It was good.
Staff was friendly and courteous I would come again
We got the two meals for $36

If I could give 100/5 stars I would. Incredible ambience and wonderful customer service. Everyone’s so kind and helpful. The food is unbelievably amazing. Best steak I’ve had in my life. Michelin star quality. I would come here 24/7 if my schedule allowed. Please don’t miss out on this place it’s so amazing.

We used to eat at 570 Ramen a lot and wanted to try their new restaurant and everything was great.
The service was outstanding and we really enjoyed the expanded menu.
We decided to try a few appetizers, so we settled on the shrimp shumai (which were very good), the Philadelphia Rangoon (also good) and the teriyaki spam slider (which we also liked).
For dinner we had ramen, which was just as good as it was at 570 Ramen and Fried rice.
We will absolutely be back!

The miso broth is a MUST if you’re getting ramen. The matcha cocktail was different, and probably an acquired taste but it was very good. Our waitress was super sweet, kind, and was happy to offer suggestions when asked!

Food was good, I had a few things and didn’t think anything was under or over cooked. Loved the ramen, spring rolls and dumplings, the bao I personally didn’t like the peanut butter taste but that’s just me, everyone is different, the pork belly on it was good.

The food was absolutely amazing! These are the same owners from 570 Ramen, and their new expansion is sweeettt! They’ve added a seated section with opening garage doors — on a sunny day, it’s the perfect spot for a vibe change. The flavors were spot on and everything was super fresh. The only downside is that it’s a bit pricey, but the portions definitely make up for it!

Horrible experience. Ordered a rice bowl with steak. Food came out within 3 minutes (they weren’t super busy) which I thought was odd because making the egg and meat would take longer than that, and then I find out everything was COLD. Beef was dry like it was premade and just warmed up for a second in a wok. Waitress never asked how I wanted my steak so that tells me the beef was premade and probably sitting in a warmer. Veggies were undercooked. Waitress was hyper and didn’t bring sirachha when I requested it. I informed the waitress about the food being cold and she says there’s nothing she can do??? I said you could inform the owner who standing nearby or the cooks! She said nothing and we left. I think they are premaking all the meat, leaving it in a warmer and serving it that way! They think they are fooling everyone. Go here and you’ll find out why there’s multiple 1 star reviews, and then you can add your own review.

We walked in and got seated right away. We waited for about 15 mins or so to order our food. I got the yakisoba marinated soy sauce flavor with pork belly. So disappointing because it came out cold and lacked flavor. My fiance got the filet mignon entree. He asked for medium but it came out rare…$32?? Outrageous. We also got the fried gyoza with ponzu but it came with sweet chili sauce. The only thing we liked was the house salad because of the dressing. Never coming back.

We’ve been to Red Miso several times and it never disappoints! It is definitely a favorite and a gem settled among chain restaurants. We love all the appetizers but we can’t go without getting the angry chicken. The udon noodles are also excellent!
